Wed - Laura

Happy Easter Weekend Off!

- Look at Debbie's email about keeping things in the desk
- Finished the rec for dinner and a show (found the tickets)
- Emailed Will from the Ti-Cats regarding if he is interested in selling tickets through us again (they are playing in Guelph this year because of the construction to the Ivor Wynne stadium so I wanted to sort this out soon rather than later)
- Another girl came to pick up her Aboutown tickets, Debbie has the rest and is going to send them back soon I believe
- Worked on the discount summer passes flyer, the front is done and approved by Debbie and the wonderland is half way through. I don't mind working on it Monday if you want to just do other stuff today since I'm already in the middle of it
- Lyreco order came in, I put away most of the stuff but there is a pack of paper and a giant package I left on the desk that need to be put away

Hello Hello!

- Busy day
- did rec for dinner and a show - there are 10 dinner and a show tickets missing so Im waiting for rec on that.. The rec. I did i do is in the middle locked drawer by the desk
- debbie wanted new promo flyers for the summer so I was working on that - its saved under 'summerpromo2013' if you want to continue working on that
- she wanted the wonderland tickets to go in the back and the details about it is in the locked drawer in the back of the old flyers
- there was a voicemail from michelle from battlefield left for you, i think you took care of that already.
- i tried calling Al but he wasn't in his office so if you can call him on your shift (check his e-mail regarding the issue)
- wine and cheese finally picked up their check so gave them the cheque and tickets back
-  i did something else that i forgot.. lol

Tuesday - Laura

- I did the rec for right to play and emailed Claire (it was kind of angry but regardless). She didn't email me back so I submitted the rec to Debbie and we shall see what happens with that. Keep an eye out for an email from her because she is planning on coming in Wed to get the money because she just seems very confused so we need to make sure she gets the picture that the cheque will not be ready by then.
- Changed the website and LCD for CSR position
- Put the certificates in the back office and posted it in the CommJournal about filling it out
- We are planning exam hours (Edgar is making the schedule) so make sure you talk to someone about it
- Did the girl come in for her aboutown ticket on Monday? If not please email her and then give the remaining to Debbie to see what we want done with it

Friday/Monday - Sehar

Monday.. Again. Boo. 

- So I ordered pretty much a lot of the stuff on Friday, I also ordered some stuff from Grand and Toy as well. 
- I also get everything set up for right to play, like made sure all the sign-up sheet and the packages were ready for pick-up but apparently the organizer wanted the money too? And she was not happy about it. She just ended up picking up the sign-up sheet, and e-mailed saying that she will pick up the money on Wed.. But I e-mailed her back saying that the fastest she can pick up the check was by Friday noon.. She also wanted us to check up on some person, and than I realized that she already pickup the signup sheet and we can't go back and look at it..
- I also completely forgot to give daniel a break until I went downstairs and was about to leave lol so I ended up staying a little later
- I also started on the advertising I had to transfer everything to my laptop since the photoshop on our computer was not having it with me. :(
- Ouu, and I won coffee and Terry made it for me. She's so cute. lol

Happy Weekend (except I have so much to do it isn't really a weekend but regardless ...)

- I went through the Aboutown ballots and e-mailed the people we never heard back from. If they do not get back to us Debbie wants us to send back the tickets. I feel like its bad to send back very many so maybe we can see if we can call them and basically make them take them? Haha or any other thoughts you had.
- I advertised some of our upcoming stuff on facebook
- Emailed Al about getting codes for the USS tickets so we don't have the same issue as last time
- Advertised the customer services representative position on the LCD and on the Website but it will need to be changed on Monday when applications are no longer being accepted
- Restocked tickets and ya that's about it

Thursday - sehar

Hellooo :(

- So I changed the temp greeting until April 1 - for compass being closed for easter
- I also printed out the dates we need to do another temp greeting and posted it on the board so we remember
- finished chad browlee rec and gave it to marn
- added a page to the ic manual about temp greetings (printed an extra one for debbie)
- twitter promo
- Raptors promo on facebook
- Changed powerpoint to include msg by go, its changed downstairs too.
- measured the presto board it is 25.2cmx70cm or 22 inchesx29inches
- Went through the ballots for Aboutown and we have 3 extras.
- i also tried working on the advertising but photoshop kept freezing, but i saved the size of the poster in a file  so we or future Ic's can use that as a starting point

Wed/Thurs - Laura

I just want it to be the weekend and for me to be done this paper!!!!!!

- Did the latin formal rec because the ticket sales ended yesterday
- I'm not sure if you noticed but the right to play had a completed package in it, I removed it and put it in the locked cupboard and e-mail the organizer. As well, two individual add ons were sold without any contact information being taken down - see my e-mail to the organizer
- updated the website with those images
- Added the theatre and film formal on EOD and float sheet because it got missed when they were going out on sale
- Finished the Chad Brownlee rec with the corrected numbers from Debbie
- The schedule is posted in the back office and Karl wanted me to remind you to pick a time for rock climbing
- I just realized we forgot to change the phone greetings like Debbie asked so if you could do that, that would be great!
- The guy came by and showed us how to embed the font into that powerpoint so it doesn't turn to wingdings (such a funny word!). Anyways, when you are saving go File --> Save As then in the bottom right corner click tools and choose from the drop down menu save options. From there the last option is a check box that says embed fonts in the file
- The IC manual is completely done and given to Debbie so YAYYY for that!
- Could you also go through the aboutown ticket ballots and our e-mails and try and get the rest given away (call them maybe so they know to come in) and if we don't have enough that way we can figure out what to do then

Helloooo!!

So this morning I went for my phyio, and got a massage and I was so relaxed, and than I came to work... lol

- People have been picking up their Aboutown ticket, I put all the names in the envelope and highlighted them and made them sign a ticket pick up sheet when they picked it up so we can keep count. I printed extra sheets and they are in the locked cupboard with the tickets.
- McMaster Theatre and Film dropped off their tickets and contract.
- All the tickets are counted and on sale - included Theatre and Film
- The USS guest price wasn't programmed in to the rms so I did that
- I also included new ticket advertising on power point and website - the website was being picky today so I didn't get a chance to put their images in
- i also updated powerpoint downstairs
- I was busy putting tickets out on sale so I didn't get a chance to photocopy the manual
- Debbie had me running around looking for march monthly - we are missing 10
- i also found more of the chad brownlee tickets (20 guest) so i put them in the locked cupboard
- changed the hours of operation during academic year on powerpoint, it had a mistake on it

Hello! Tons to do, tons to do (sorry haha I have energy)

- There are 2 new campus events tickets that I had to count and put out on sale, they are almost done except the USS need to be counted and they both need to be put out for sale (I brought them down to the safe so if you don't mind counting them in the back office they are right there to be put on sale). There is no poster yet but I have asked Al but Debbie said to just do the advertising without the poster for now
- Updated the powerpoint, website and comm journal with the new hours (so many!) if you are able to put the powerpoint up down at the desk that would be great
- Emailed Pauline about the powerpoint because she wanted a more descriptive explanation of what is going on
- Can do do the CSR advertising that Debbie emailed us about? It is on the LCD, board and website I believe
- Make sure on every shift you are going down to check that the right to play teams are being registered correctly and match the numbers in the RMS
- Keep photocopying the manual if you can please, Debbie really wants it as soon as possible!

Good Morning

- The person from the Wine and Cheese came today to pick up their cheque
- did the draw for employees for the Bulldogs tickets (both the megans' won)
- These are a lot of tickets missing for the Chad Browlee, so I wanted to make sure the rec. was done and the tickets were accounted for before I start the rec.- I still wrote the numbers in pencil and gave it to debbie
- There is also some tickets missing for the Latin Formal- so I wanted to make sure those are accounted for before we gave them back so I told the girl to come tomorrow to pick them up instead.
-The printer kept jamming so I had to photocopy everything one by one - only got up to section 7. still need to photocopy 8 and the rest.
-Also debbie sent us an e-mail about the hours of operation, if you can put that on our website and powerpoint

Friday - Laura

- The right to play people were kind of ticked that our staff told them we were out of packages, if staff tell you this there are more in the back. You are to treat the packages exactly like tickets i.e. - we are not to be photocopying or making more of them, what we are given is what we are to sell
- Megan worked a double shift today so I spent about half hour down at the desk giving her a break
- Got the trail maps for biking for 2013 so those are in the storage room
- Met with Debbie about those umbrellas so we are trying to sort out what our next order will be
- Cleaned out the back cupboard, when you get a contract or leftover tickets or cheque please put them in an envelope with the events name on it so all of their stuff stays in one place and doesn't get lost
- See my post on the facebook page and figure out which staff member gets the bulldogs tickets
- Anyone who doesn't want their aboutown ticket pick a new person so they are all given away ASAP
- IC manual is all done so it needs to be re printed/photocopied and given to Debbie by MONDAY. There is an extra PO for you to use as a sample for Debbie's IC manual copy in the budget and PO section
- Also, see Debbie's email about pulling the latin formal tickets, Camille put the early bird tickets in her deposit on Saturday and the $32 price needs to be taken off the RMS

Hello M'Dear,

So for the first hour of my shift I was dealing with stuff down at the desk, and I emailed the 10 lucky people about the Aboutown. I told them to reply to us by Monday (well all but two people.) The other half of my shift I worked on the summer manual. I am finished the summer manual, but I just wanted to take the weekend to see if I remember what else should be included, you can also look over it and add stuff you remember. So saying that.. yay! we are done the IC manual

The soc-sci person still hasn't come yet. .so I am not sure what is going on with that.

Hey :)

- E-mailed pauline about the powerpoint
- judging by the e-mails that debbie sent krystin from wonderland we will probably have the flyers by the of march hopefully so we can start advertising for it!
- Got in the City Pass Flyers
- Michelle replied back about the umbrellas, I left that for you to deal with
- Finished the monthly tasks, I didn't print it yet because I wanted you to go over it too incase I missed anything. Couldn't really finish out March and April since we are still in it..
- Edited the website portion of the IC manual, made a screen shot of step by step process on how to upload an image since it can be kinda tricky, and just writing it down was confusing. I also went through the doc. and made little changes to it. It looks to be completed. I didn't printed it out cause I wanted you to check it!
- Woo! almost done the IC manual. Just the summer stuff to go, that ill work on tomorrow :)

Laura - Wed/Thursday

- Updated website and powerpoint with easter weekend hours as well as exam hours and summer hours
- Made a new spring/easter powerpoint
- Put right to play on sale (took so long, they are VERY tedious)
- Emailed Michelle at battlefield about the umbrella order
- Checked with accounting and got all the cheques available for pickup, e-mailed the organizors and put them together in an envelope with their leftover tickets in the back cupboard
- Can you e-mail Pauline about the font on our powerpoint?
- The biggest thing to do is get the IC manual done today and make sure you print out a second copy for Debbie!
- Since you are super good with photoshop do you want to be responsible for those promotional posters and I'll worry about printing the little symbols from underground for our bulletin board?
- I left the notes from the meeting in the bottom drawer if you need to look at it (:

- I got the right to play stuff but the guy is stopping by to bring something on his shift so I can put those on sale once I get them
- website and PowerPoint are fixed and up to date
- manual is complete except the website and summer + the monthly task sheets so if you could finish those up on your shift that would be great (:
- Debbie said do the regular IC manual first then get to the summer after just so you know!
