Tues - Laura

- Put the roller girls tickets out on sale
- Fixed the online contract which is now with Debbie because she wants to call Krystin and verify something
- Updated the float sheet and the EOD with all of our summer ticket sales
- Updated website and LCD (make sure you are keeping it looped and transitioning on its own because I have walked through the student centre quite a few times and found it was just stuck on one slide).
- Put more of those flyers out on the take me board, make sure you are kepeing them full (extra are down on the back counter of the desk
- Added the hours of operating for Wonderland and Darien Lake to the board downstairs by the elevator
- Did social media for our summer tickets and updated GO schedules because apparently a lot of people are coming back confused why the bus never came
- I tried calling brock but they didn't pick up so if you could try again when you're in that would be great!

Friday - Sehar

Hello Hello!

- Jacqualine had trouble with greyhound so I helped her out with that and that took a good 30 mins
- I updated the powerpoint
- I updated the website
- I was working on the hsr poster for the summer pass


Things to do, adjust the online ticket contract - reference the actual website the prices are different.
- rollergirl tickets - they should be dropped off tonight so just do the contract and stuff for them on monday
- call brock student union - i called them today but they weren't picking up the phone - ask them about their pricing to print poster that is 22 x 29 inches. Tell them Debbie saw it when she came for the visit. I have the things on the desk for you.

Hello :)

- printed and edited the float sheets
- did the contract for Niagara parks, put the tickets out, put them on float sheets, comm journal, RMS
- Had to call Kellin for tickets for the Bulldogs game, Megan wanted to claim her lost voucher. lol its all taken care of. Enjoy the game!!
- Called krystin regarding online sales.
- Emailed Alex regarding posters for presto board - underground
- random errands

Monday - Laura

- Posted the holiday Coach Canada schedule that Debbie emailed to us on the LCD and on the board downstairs
- Put the new mini schedules on the GO transit board since we got new ones
- Put up more catchy wonderland slides and updated the float sheets with those tickets
- Debbie wants to put out the wonderland tickets once the exam hours start so keep an eye out for that if you work earlier in the exam period
- There is a pad of flip chart paper behind the shelves outside of Debbie's office just so you know
- Also Michael Spence got back to us with what date for the game we got tickets too, its the 17th game so talk to Debbie about who is getting the tickets

- finished rec for USS but did it in pencil so that the new IC's can do it again tomorrow
- all the left over tickets are in the locked cupboard the contract and stuff is with Debster
- Debbie got the wonderland hardstock today so those should be going out soon.. not sure when since their season starts in May

Wed/Thurs - Laura

- I finished the website so everything is now back up and running with all of our previous information on it. I've found that using chrome for the website has been issue filled so I've gone back to using firefox (just with the website, no other tabs going) and its been perfectly fine so try doing that for sure
- the mini schedules came in so I was down at the desk restocking those and making sure they are ready for the schedule change that is going on this Saturday (there is a Comm Journal post about this)
- Edgar told me you had asked him to fix the powerpoint but he noticed it still wasn't looped and you hadn't removed the theatre and film slide so I updated it and it should be good (and its up at the desk)
- I updated the website so that exam hours are now on the front page and the phone greeting is now changed, I changed the permanent one because it was super out of date
- Updated the website so all of the summer tickets are up there with some sort of information about them
- Fixed up the g-admast e-mail and sent it out
- Did the main board downstairs and put a copy of the flyer there so that the summer stuff is getting up there but I figured in May the new IC's can do a real summer powerpoint
- I think the only left to do is some sort of board downstairs with the flyers around it saying take one. Debbie had a pretty clear idea about what she wanted but basically it was a nice looking inside of the board saying discounted ticket sales and some logos plus our website/twitter/fb etc. and then the flyers around the edge saying take one.

Hellloooo!!!

I am so extremely tired. Didn't sleep at all last night, I was studying for a midterm I have today. FML
- So i counted and did the rec for theatre and film
- So the website greatly failed to the point where Pauline came and helped me and she said it might be the coding or website issue.
- saved the content from the tickets page under "website - april 2013" if you can put that on. Rida said she was going to re-do the table and see if that was the problem.
- By the time everything was done, I was only able to set up the wonderland section in the website.
- I put a check mark on the pink paper beside all the tickets I did with the flyer already. I was going to make a bulletin board with it but than all the flyers are locked in Debbies office for which she was missing near the end of my shift.
- I also send debbie an e-mail for the rough draft of the admast email.
- As I was leaving I found debbie in the lunch room and took the flyers so they are at least down at the desk.

Hello,

I just read your spring comment and looked outside and it was snowing... lol thats such a fail
So basically most of my shift I was dealing with the underground and the summer promo flyers! finally got everything finished than them printed and cut. had to stay extra half n hour for it cause it took sooo long. :(
sorry i couldn't do anything else! most of the time I was downstairs.

- So you are actually in first on Wednesday so rec for theatre and film should be yours ...
- Jemma from theatre and film is coming in tomorrow during your shift to pick up the tickets so make sure you have those ready. I will email her tonight with the finalized numbers but she may ask you again for a final count
- The powerpoint wasn't advancing on its own so it was just stuck on the intro slide all day yesterday and today so I re-did the slides with the proper timing and put a spring background on the slides with the hopes that maybe it will bring spring weather
- I spent a bunch of my shift working with Jess to get this P.O. sorted out for this MSU trip to Toronto thing. There is a post in the Comm Journal so you know what's going on but if you get a question about it from a CSR that you don't know the answer to just call Jess
- Someone from a 3MC3 project emailed us so that was kind of cool to help out with

Goodmorning!!! :( Its monday again...

- Just a reminder since you are first in on Wednesday morning to pull the Theatre and Film tickets 
- I  was editing the website today and the computer was not happy.. It kept freezing and at one point it asked me if I wanted to kill the page since it wasn't responding -.-" lol and this was on chrome... 
- Made a new powerpoint for april, took out the old tickets from it, new background, etc.. 
- Im done the summer flyer if you want to take a look at it.
- I was finally able to get onto the website and edit it. I took out our hours of easter, and old event tickets
- I wasn't sure when debbie wanted us to start advertising for Wonderland, so I didn't put that in
- Edited EOD and took out old ticket sales from it too
