Debbie wasnt in today and the computer is still down. after i dealing with the arkells tickets i was able to get some stuff done..

-printing the reports were the hardest thing, the sites were taking forever for some reason..

BLIZZARD
-Debbie wants the desk totally done up for this, like our desk will be our table kinda thing.. so i guess Monday coming back will be dedicated to getting the desk ready? maybe we can decorate and we'll have our boards done so that's good.. any other ideas lemme know

CAMPUS EVENTS

TOQUES
-we are set on ordering the 4th option - still the cheapest, again debbie wasnt in so i couldnt get confirmation.. also did not have time to order them. i would stay longer but im hanging out with my dad soon, so if anything ill come in tomorrow to help

-i didnt have enough time to finish and my dad was waiting - ill have to come in tomorrow and help you out

BULLDOGS
-Zach dropped off about 300 tickets i believe (this friday they are sponsoring mac football at the game or something liket that, not sure on details but he should send stuff along i think..), I locked the tickets in our bottom drawer and i didnt have time to count them

- i tried calling the guy about the ads (bc i wasnt sure if u did) but he wasnt in his office. I saw ur response to matthias directing him to the website for info--i replied letting him know i'd send him the documents as soon as our server is back up so he wouldnt have to go find everything himself online (always provide documents directly, dont direct to the website--as per debbie's instructions). but he replied saying u worked everything out over the phone which is great. just be cautious with responses and always provide documents (only debbie is keen on this and i dont want her to find out we were directing ppl away to our website when we coulda helped them directly)

MSU blizzard
- are we doing out own table in our space or are we just doing regular operations? debbe isn't here today so i have no idea what is going on lol. i cant ask her anything

Campus events
- emailed Al with charity ball and arkells ticket counts

Toques
- i'll leave this for you since you've already organized so much of it, i'm cool with anything
- maybe white font would be better just so it all stands out though, the red writing may blend into the toque and be hard to read. so i say all white writing so its nice and clear against the toque

-gave update & asked for more tickets for charity ball and/or arkells if he wants to drop more off
-debbie has asked that we keep an eye on the numbers for these
-Debbie took care of July talk transfer so i filed it away

CHEQUES
-got the mitchell bowl cheque - emailed mark and let him know

TOQUES
-Debbie would like toques to be ordered ASAP, but she wants us to make sure we can have them here by Mon Jan 5 so the staff can have them for frost week.
-Michelle said that it is possible to have them in for the 5th or around then but we need to have the order in by friday at the latest.
- i have decided on which toque i like best, and it turns out to be the cheapest :)
-debbie said to talk to you guys and see what you liked best.. i did the pricing and left it taped to the desk on the wall so lemme know what your preference is! and whether you want all white logo or white and red.

*there was a mix up with shifts and someone was late so i was dealing with contacting the person, nothing major - it worked out
*MSU BLIZZARD - tuesday of frost week, debbie emailed us about it. theres more info on the MSU website but that is the day we want to "lure people in" haha so that is the main day for us to have everything togehter
