for gift certificate - its on word, so you can either fill the name out on the computer or write it after, make sure debbie signs it and ask her about expiry date - i dont know if she'll want one

- i filled out the little thank-you cards, all you have to do it fill in names - and they are left in drawer next to the desk, along with the extras ; i've labelled each card saying which contest its for
- i almost made the valentines for the gifts - theyre with the thank you cards - so just throw them in there

-im taking rest of the hearts downstiars to have staff work on them

few things from debbie:
- she said its fine that we're letting customers use the greyhound bucks right away for this week, but if we ever decide to use them again we should be giving it to them after their purchase and then they should come back to use the coupon
- she also noticed the schedule you put up for CAW on the comm journal - she would like kanye west tickets to be promoted on some of the says - so i just edited your post and said to promote kanye west on wed and thursday

MSSS formal
- so this event isnt until march 7th - i think we should hold off any advertising until after customer appreciation week - let our twitter and fbook be dedicated to CAW
- i did add it onto the powerpoint however 

Powerpoint
- so while im gone - youll obviously have to manage the pp, you dont have to do much, just if any of the events pass take that slide off - like take the kanye west, reading week, valentines day slides off as they pass

IC Manual
- i made the CAW sheet, i will print the whole thing and get it ready once I get back - which is 27th
