- the two packages that we got today that i was looking at are: steven folino and jordan mephan
- there are no other packages in the cabinet,  but we have solf 3 team pakages (we only have 2), and one individual package (we dont have any) -- ill leave this up to you because you know more than me about this event, but i just wanted to confirm how this event works (ie., payment wise- do they only pay when they come back to register?)

city pass
- the prices fluctuate all the time online based on factors that idk about (not by much tho, just a little). we dont have a fixed price to advertise. we simply go by what it says online. if u look at the contract from April 25 2013  (not the June 13 2011 one that has the prices) it it just says to use the URL, no fixed price was given to us.
- at least this is what i was taught to do, and debbie once had me update the prices on our website to match the prices on the citypass site when i first started worked here, so i continued doing that every so often. we'll be able to confirm this once we hear back from karen tho -  if she gives us a fixed price for the new 2014 contract we'll follow that from here on out, which makes things easier.. if not, we'll do what we did for the 2013 contract where we werent given a fixed price.
- ill keep an eye on her email and hopefully we can clear this up asap

so i was just going through the website and I noticed on the event tickets under cityPass - it says these prices are only valid until Feb 28, 2014 ; so I emailed Karen asking what the new advertised price should, but she is out of the office and wont be back until March 31 - so until then maybe just take that off? like the prices in general, and then once we know the new prices you can update the website

- Im not sure what you mean for the individual package - i went downstairs and we have 4 ppl listed who took individual packages - we have two returned in the drawer here, and one person said that they would like to hand in package straight to Claire - but they paid at Compass
- dont we just chrage them when they return with the package - why do we need to contact them?
- also the packages are in the drawer under the cupboard - when you open the drawer, if you look to your right, before all the CSRs folder there is a folder in the very front with all the packages

we need to contact the individual who took an individual package for TRP soccer and didnt pay - 2 people have taken the forms, 1 has paid - can you look at which person brought back the package and paid, and then contact the remaining person who did not pay yet and tell them they need to (or they need to bring the sheet back  i guess? idk?) - i have no idea where in the cabinet u put the packages. when i went looking through the drawer with all the folders i got no where.

- she also mentioned two other things: 1) theres some dude that has a team of 8 - even tho the minimum is 10, but she said theyre gonna let him register anyways ; she's gonna email us and let us know what shes gonna charge him, but im pretty sure shes gonna ask to pay $150 - if he has a problem with that than one of would have to go do the sale ourselves with whatever price Claire decides on
2) she wants ppl to be able to hand in registration friday morning as well - so she said she'll come pick up the packages in the afternoon - so i told her to just come before 3, ill be in the office at that time

- another thing - you charged them a 5% fee - but they're actually a registered MSU club (unless I'm mistaken), so i changed it all to 3%

- so its gonna be a lot less complicated than soccer - basically the empty sheets hold no monetary value - so we're just gonna photocopy as we go through them - ive left orginal copy in our contracts binder, so at the start of every shift just make sure you look at see if we're running low and then just come up and photocopy more
- also since the registration sheets arent of any monetary value - they will NOT be going on float
- all CSRs have to do is hand them out, and then charge customers when they return with completed sheet, and then include the form in with their deposit

 - read the com journal post i made, claire said that customres no longer HAVE to fill out the team forms before paying... they have the option to pay i full (the 150) and give her the completed package later
- she is concerned about errors that were made (ie., andrea didnt accept a package, i told her i'd speak to andrea and find out why, and that there must have been a miscommunication or a reason why it wasnt accepted, i apologized for the inconvenience. Also, one of the CSRs forgot to have a person pay for the individual package right away before leaving with it. no money was lost because they didnt register, they just took a package to fill out. i told her that i can mediate this bc we have their contact information.).
- i have the feeling that shes not at all accepting of any mistakes being made, which is understandable, however i informed her when we met in person that CSRs may make mistakes, but we will  try our best to stay on top of it, etc. in the meeting she agreed to this and didn;t have any problems. just letting you know about the situation.

question for you: there is no way of tracking how many packages the CSRs are giving out - do we need to hand back empty packages when our contract is over?

- we got 80 more vouchers - and there was some confusion about what was gonna happen at year end, so I had a little meeting with kellin about that ; basically we need to give back remaining vouchers before April 18th, or else we will be responsible for paying for them - I've marked this on the contract, and will inform Debbie tomorrow

restocked tickets - for Eng Musical, theyre not picking them up anymore and would like to keep selling all of today, so I put like 20 more tickets out - remember to pull them tomorrow and record the number we have left, we will do a cheque rec for all the tickets after all the shows happen
