SOTA
- edited transfer and printed 
- signed and distributed to accounting and Debbie

Email
- CSR: emailed Pauline to get app set up on computers downstairs 
       - got set up on computers for CSRs

- IC: went through our Office 365 Account and updated some things 
our email password and info is in the IC manual on the first page on a sticky

Mac Eng
- emailed about commission change
