Tuesday (krystin)

-Laura ok'd the speech and banner. Sehar thinks the banner is too plain, I agree. I talked to Debbie about it, and these are some of the fixes we brainstormed:
TALL BANNER:
-make Information Centre bigger (to the O in Compass)
-take out "Located in" and have it just say MUSC Marketplace
-add compass.msumcmaster.ca
-make a change to the font, the Arial looks too bold, like it is yelling
-add some stuff INSTEAD of the text (Debbie suggested the icons - transportation, ticket sales etc - from the website)

TABLE BANNER:
-again make Information Centre bigger
-take out "Located in" and have it just say MUSC Marketplace
-add compass.msumcmaster.ca
-add icons along the bottom similarly to the other banner, but without the words (the train, ticket stub etc)

After we talked about it I did a (VERY) rough sketch thing of what we were thinking on paint. They are saved on the desktop to give some kind of poorly done idea of what she wants. Let me know your input.

-Did the SCSN cheque rec and submitted it. They will mail it out from accounting so we don't have to worry about picking it up or anything. The contract is filed in finished binder, and she told me to shred the tickets.

-Maggie sent an email about that charge to her credit card. I guess she talked to Debbie about it and everything because she did not know what it was for. I mentioned it to Marn, and she reminded Maggie about the gift and all is well.

-They did not come by to get those cheques yet.

-I advertised the passes we have left on fb and twitter.

-Wooder's email on the PTM stuff had Debbie's wheels turnin, so we are going to send them with magnets, pens, and a notepad for everyone in addition to the handout, a copy of the contract, and whatever else we might find helpful. Still waiting to hear back from Sehar about the handout, so we can do all the copies and stuff tomorrow.

-I was thinking we should go around and do the Easter thing on Thursday since we are both in at the same time.

-I added city pass to both new slideshows (hopefully I remember to bring it down before I go)

-I made notices for the desk of new hours as per Debbie
