Good Morning Vietnammmmm (I may or may not have watched that movie last night)
- Talked to the new bulldogs person and he wants to meet with us in person next week so we have to find a time that we can accomplish that then email him ASAP. Although Debbie is fine with it being just one of us so we can figure out who we would rather be (I guess whoever had more contact with Trevor regarding promotion). If you want to do it just e-mail him during your shift and work out a time between you two.
- We need to plan customer appreciation really really soon! I don't know if we wanted to split responsibility for that or if one of us wanted to take the lead on it while the other one keeps working on regular work (I don't care either way but we need to get going on that soon!)
- I got 3 new HECFI tickets so I got those all sorted out and all out on sale which took next to forever! I've contacted accounting regarding recieving the cheques for those shows (they need to be rush cheques again) but I'm still waiting to hear back from them
- I updated the website and powerpoint for the staff meeting closure the powerpoint just needs to be brought downstairs
- I went to go take the christmas decorations down from the board but I couldn't find the key to open the case (wasn't any of the keys in the rolling cabinet like it usually is) but if you could do that today that would be great because it really is starting to look out of date
- I sent out a g-admast e-mail about all of our winter passes and the various concerts and we can probably use a similar e-mail format to send e-mails out in the future
**I can't come in at 2:30 because my meeting got changed but send me a facebook message about scheduling or just text me when you are in and we can work that out.
