So customer appreciation week kind of ate up my entire shift haha but here is what I have done thus far
- I updated the website as per Debbie's request to reflect the new job postings for management positions and I made a slide for it if you can put that down at the desk
- Kellin is donating 4 sets of 2 vouchers for bulldogs game
- Check the e-mail from Jan regarding greyhound prizes
- Do a PO for the cineplex tickets we need
- Left a message with Al about donating charity ball tickets or possibly any upcoming dinner and a show (we can see what he says about that but you might want to call him back and check)
- Sent an e-mail to aboutown regarding promotional items for customer appreciation week so waiting to see if they will get back to us (call them maybe)
- Added a schedule of events to the customer appreciation document and I think its about perfect. If you have time to finalize it can you publish the webpage and make a whiteboard chart downstairs with that so customers can stay updated on whats going on
- Monday you are in early and I'm not in at all so are you able to come in later to run the game?
- Did you want to try and go get some of the candies and stuff we need to buy before the staff meeting at like 4:30 or something?
- Make sure you ask Al about the wheel!
- We have to get the flyers ready for clubs fest so we can hand them out to the clubs that day and leave some with Kevin for the clubs office
- Since I'm the only one in tomorrow can you leave me a clear list of what needs to be done for you for monday
