Dana - june 4 - IC contract stuff

Okay so, there are two main categories you need to know -- consignment tickets and regular ticket contracts. You may already be familiar with the regular ticket contract, however I'll discuss both here just in case, for future reference.

CONSIGNMENT TICKET CONTRACT
- We mark up $2 typically
- Say company X gives us a ticket price of $10.00. You mark up $2, meaning we sell for $10.00 but we keep $2. So, if we sell one ticket: we get $2 and the get the remaining $8 (total of $10.00 for one ticket sale). If we sell two tickets: we get $4 and they get the remaining $16.
- All companies that do consignment tickets will know how this works so you'll probably never have to explain this. It will also be documented in the contract they give us to sign (unless they don't have a consignment ticket contract, then we make one, like we did for CW, but Debbie usually handles this).

NON-CONSIGNMENT TICKET CONTRACT
- Here, we simply sell for whatever price they give us and our admission fee (3%, 5%, or 10%) comes off of the total sales AFTER all sales are done (do not take the admin fee off of the total+HST, thats not allowed).
Here, all you do if make sure they agree to the admin fee. This one is more simple than consignment ticket contracts.

If any of this is unclear or if you'd like more clarification on any of this let me know!

P.S. I didn't re-read this for spelling errors or clarity haha, so I apologize if I made no sense in some areas.

Thanks
