jan 9 - dana

- another email from Debbie about this. she wants it put on the LCD, bulletin board, and the website on Monday.

New contract
- new contract came in as I was leaving.
- its registration to some CPR course.
- individual registration is 70$, but if 2 people register together it's 65 per person. there are two forms (one for individual and one for pairs)
- can you do this and get it on sale at the desk? ill do the website when I get in tomorrow.

spotlight -- advertising/selling through compass board
- finished up what I want on this board (information/text wise). I was thinking of putting images up but I don't see a point with this one since it's just info. the summer and other ticket boards can have pictures if we want tho -- makes more sense on those one.
- P.S. I made a "spotlight" folder yesterday, feel free to use it for ur board. just make sure to title your documents clearly so we don't confuse anything. :)
- paper on desk is what we are able to use for the boards, if u want, since we only have 2 colours, feel free to use the yellow/blue/green at the front of the office too for your boards.
- printed out almost everything for all 11 boards for the advertising/selling board (used blue and pink paper) -- but as I went to print the title (i.e., the "compass" header for the top centre of each board) the printer ran out of toner... so I have to finish this Monday or whenever they get new toner in). uuuggghhh I really wanted to finish this today!!!
- made sure your boards have a compass header on each one (top centre, like the elevator board) -- actually leave this for me i'll make 32 of these headers for us so it is all consistent :) -- only bc I have to call underground to have this done

dana -- make a little thingy for all 32 boards that had our location, website, hours, Fb, twitter
dana -- talk to Debbie about making banner for elevator boards

if Bike Share calls refer them directly to Debbie -- so give them her extension and transfer to Debbie.
