tues jan 20 - mikayla

SOC SCI FORMAL
-met with the planners and went over the ticket contract and the details of the event/ticket sales
-think ive got all the details and ive written everything on the contract (posted on the mini corkboard)
-they will be dropping off the first 100 tickets by the end of the week :)
-if you have any questions lemme know, i can go over all the details with you

SPOTLIGHT BOARDS
-didnt get a chance to touch this today but i will have it done for the beginning of feb. i have marked the dates on the calendar

SCAVENGER HUNT
-all this is is Cindy dropping off the envelopes for us to leave at the desk and on jan 27 and 28 her students will be coming to the desk as part of their scavenger hunt to collect the envelopes. the groups each have a colour and they pick up the envelope with their colour on it.
-i wrote on the calendar when shes coming in - it will be during my shift

ARKELLS TICKETS
-those are leftover from frost week concert lol, Al hasn't picked them up. I emailed him asking what he wants us to do with them
Al asked we leave him 10 in his mailbox and throw out the rest - this has been done

RED CROSS
-got the contract, just waiting on the sign up sheets so we can put them on sale
-if he responds while im still here ill put them on sale, if not ill do it tomorrow morning when im in
-new contract & copies taped to wall at desk
-CHEQUE IS READY :) it's in the drawer with the contract and i emailed jerry to let him know. he should be coming tomorrow to pick up

BULLDOGS
-Zach called today and told me that the blue section (the section our vouchers are good for) is sold out for this fridays game against toronto marlies.. he is also coming in tomorrow morning (wed) to drop off more vouchers as we are almost out.
-debbie and i have asked him to sit down and talk with us tomorrow for a few minutes to discuss this fridays game as zach said he doesnt want to have a bunch of people buy vouchers and then not be able to get into the game..
-as debbie had said, this obviously is their responsibility to accommodate those who bought the vouchers, so we'll see what happens when we meet with him and ill keep you posted
-also due to that section being sold out for this friday, the student who emailed us is going to be dealt with when we talk to zach too. so ill keep you posted on all that

I thiiiink ive covered everything that happened today... for two hours i feel like ive been here all day haha
