CAW
- aaaaaahh too much going on, and we need the stuff asap so we can make the little notes on the hearts. the prize thing will be a rush. we definitely gotta do this. today i have no time at all.

CPR
- yes your correct :), as we transfer people to the new course from the old course, then we will have that many less spots. i can handle this tho on the contract and fill you in on the changes :)
- and yes, 18 spots total! so individual and pairs.. when ever we reach 18 registrants we stop
- Example: if 2 of the 5 people i emailed said
REFUNDS
- debbie asked me to make a chart with all of the 5 ppls information on it. we are to indicate whether they are getting a refund or transfering to the next course, the date of the refund (we initial it), etc. when we do refunds, bring this chart and fill it out at the desk.
- if they want to transfer, again just fill out the chart and confirm they are tranfering. then email them a confirmation that we have transfered them, and write their name on the course chart for the NEW course! .. if we dont write their names on the list for the new chart, then they wont be able to get into the course when they show up bc jerry wont have their information lol
- I made this chart and wrote the instructions on the bottom more clearly. i couldnt print it bc printer broke... so we will just have to type the info on the chart and sign it when we eventually can print it out
- i also made a refund button on the RMS for u and i to use for refunding CPR course
- i made the chart for the new course. 18 spots total. couldnt print.
- got through contract for this except for a few things (i.e., gotta copy contracts and get the registration form at the desk still, PP and boards)... ran out of time

humanities
- met with her, gave her the tickets she wanted, changed the contract accordingly.
- she wants the tickets for 5pm tomorrow so you can do this during ur shift (im in before you, and it may be best to leave them on sale until 3pm or so, which may increase sales). she wants to come around 5pm but im gunna email her back and ask if 3:45-4pm is okay bc that is during ur shift at least
- okay she said this is cool for tomorrow

someone came in for a meeting with me.. didn't know they were coming.

so now we have 3 ticket contracts to get on sale... plus CPR course stuff took up all my shift... plus the printer broke so i literally couldnt print anything. today was overly stressful. 

got printer working in the last 5 minutes of my shift finally.

- finish CPR course -- get on sale
- get new contract from today on sale (event is on wednesday so this has to be done first)
- work on other two contracts
