- im going to leave this with you bc I don't really know whats going on with it until you are done adding things to the contract (i.e., I don't want to mess anything up, so id rather leave this with you). once the contract is complete let me know and ill help out getting these tickets on sale

humanities skating event

Jerry came in at 12:10 to discuss everything.
- he is COOL with what happened haha, bc he is having another course next weekend on feb 14-15 so all I have to do if email the last 5 individual registrants, explain that we made a mistake, and offer then 2 options: 1) refund 2) go to the 14-15th course.
- I sent out all the emails to the last 5 registrants...  they are unable to attend this event either way so we gotta watch for their replies and handle the refunds OR transfer them (which means we have that many less spots available on the next contract, which starts at 18 spots)
- Jerry also made a contract with us for the NEXT course on Feb 14-15 and we are starting this ASAP, like today he wants to start.
- re-reconciled the cheque for the current event since I had to remove 5 ppl. gave that to Debbie
- read all the emails btwn me and Jerry so ur fully informed on everything that happened today
- I left the new contract for u on the desk, the only thing I did for this so far is add it to the website, but everything else stil needs to be done (I ran out of time)
- I used paint to remove the dates of the old course so we can re-use it until we get a new one (idk if we are getting a new one) -- I also removed the "on sale until [date]" and moved stuff around to make it all look good lol. look at me so crafty on paint. hopefully we get new ones bc we need those dates for posters or LCD slides.

- start the next contract for CPR course

someone called to sell tickets through us, I emailed him everything, feel free to respond to his reply and get this ticket going (he hasn't replied during my shift yet)
