-Posted about Burlington Ticket separated in error and added to red binder
-Posted about ticket mix up
-Confirmed with Hooria and ordered for 3 coffee sleeve boxes. She will send the invoice on Monday and we can do the P.O
-Made entry for Regular ticket for Charity Ball in RMS.
-Accepted and counted Regular tickets for Charity Ball, they are in the safe.
-Made entry for Regular ticket for Maroon formal in RMS



For you:
-Pull Fridays LRD ticket by 3pm  and count, and fill out part of contract and get ready for Rita to pick up. she will come between 3.30 & 4pm
-Monitor Early Bird sales of Charity ball, once we reach 700, take out Regular from the safe and put out. Please inform CSRs of the change, they must remember to charge correctly, make compost about change and let them expect upset customers but gracefully inform them that the early bird is sold out.
-Debbie wants us to make a post and hang by the cash register about the price change for charity Ball just so CSRs can be reminded.
-Monitor Maroon formal ticket too, i dont expect sell out today but if that happens same procedure as  with Charity Ball. If it doesnt by the time you are leaving, please inform Alessia since she is in at 10am on monday so she might be the one to put out the regular tickets...let her know of the price change as well and to make a post and add to the charity ball post by their cash registers as well.
-Do raffle for Compass staff Charity ball...see Debbie

-Make copy of all Core ent Shows contract for Debbie. I made her copies that day i am sure but we cant find it..so pls make copies for her and give her before you go.

I know this is a lot, its cos of all the ticket change and we are trying to reduce CSRs saleerrors sorry...if any questions just text me.
