Today
- Cannot do cheque rec for Maroons formal yet as the yesterdays rec has to be done for Debbie to be able to confirm numbers
- Found an email from the 19th from battlefield (Michelle) explaining the different pricing that I had asked for. It looks like it got opened and nothing was done about it. I had no idea it even came in. The pricing on the email is good until the 30th so I think we should make a decision today or at least by Monday.
- Contact Josh about MIX Bowling event wanting to get the cheque made out to a personal name. It is much easier from our end to have it made to the club account itself
- Took down PP for Maroons formal
- Took down signage on board for Maroons formal
- Took Maroons formal off of the website

For you:
- I have decided on one of the last two beanies that Michelle has sent us, as far as I know both will fit in our remaining budget for staff uniforms. Last year we got the light grey of the last option she has provided. I like the navy of the second last option as it fits with our theme. If you would like to leave me your thoughts on what you would like I will contact Michelle on Monday and let her know our order.
- I spoke with Debbie about LTPB, I also talked with LTPB two weeks ago in person. The event is not an in person event so the advertising would solely be done online for our "prize". It is up to us if we want to take out of advtertising and promo budget for this. I say we do a small prize pack including:
     - Compass Sawg
     - Compass t-shirt
     - Compass waterbottle
     - 2 Ciniplex movie tickets (these would come from our budget)
- We would have to confirm that our logo would actually be shown on the site somewhere that people will be able to see it
