Monday - Sehar

Good morning!!

It is only Monday Morning and I want this week to end already! :( lol
Hope your reading week went well.

- Edited the website to take out the reading week hours, and transportation week things. Took them out from front page, hours of operation and the transportation page. Not sure if I missed anything.
- Got a new ticket contract from Campus events that was left with Debbie. It is Chad Brownlee - Campus Events haven't started promoting it yet so I wasn't sure if they wanted us to put them out. I did however put it on the RMS, EOD and Comm. Journal to get the tickets ready for sale.Also in case you don't know who he is.. like I didn't lol here is his website : http://chadbrownlee.com/
- Did Hardwell's cheque rec. - They already picked up their tickets.
- Finished up rec for Caribbean jam - had to verify numbers with debbie.
- Updated power point, included the Chad brownlee, but that will probably be changed when we get a proper poster.
- I was also trying to edited the website to get Char Brownlee on it but it just kept freezing, I told Pauline about it she suggested that we might want to start using chrome and I had to restart the computer and lost everything, so if you can edited that when you come in. 
-Went through all the messages in the mailbox and deleted all of them. There was a message from the Soc Sci person about the formal, they wanted the ticket counts so I send them those. And they changed their last day for tickets to Tuesday feb 26. So whoever is first on Wed has to do rec. for them
- Also I asked Debbie if we can overlap for 30mins on Tuesday (so during your current shift) Ill be in from 1-3. I just wanted to get on the same page with you regarding the IC manual and we can talk about new hires and stuff with debbie too.
- At the end of my shift I just basically went down and stocked everything and changed the powerpoint.
