- I put the wine and cheese on the EOD and float sheet
- Pulled the smiling over sickness donation boxes and put them in the cupboard - I also e-mailed the co-ordinator regarding picking up the boxes. She emailed me asking if she could come in today so I gave her your hours. When she comes in you need to go get the cash from Marn from the shave for a cure (the rec is in the front of the completed contracts binder)
- Added the transportation week banner to the front page of our website
- Worked on the IC manual - a bunch of things are printed off and I've saved them by section, hopefully that will start to speed up the process because the due date is coming up fast. I'll let you take care of the summer stuff but otherwise between the two of us hopefully we can get it most done before reading week!
- Put out the table with a bunch of the swag on it. I also took the ballot box and some of the ballots (but left some with the CSRs) and put those out. The table can kind of run itself, I just told whoever was on green to keep an eye on the table and if it isn't busy go to it but if it is just work the till. You can probably go down there for some of the shift depending on the amount of work and just give stuff out and get some ballots
- Fair trade wine and cheese tickets just came in, I put them out on read and in the comm journal, RMS could you put them on the EOD/float sheet? There is no poster so we will have to wait for that to do the marketing
