Hello Hello - Happy non-snowday Wednesday! :(
- right when I came in there was a guy from Right to Play waiting for me. He just wanted to discuss selling the tickets through us again. I think he is new so he had no idea how it was done last year so I explained it to him and showed him previous years contract and information. He said he will get back to us by next week regarding everything.
- Send Micheal from Raptors an email regarding the ticket sales, since he was suppose to send us a code for it so we can check our own sales, he hasn't...
- Finished Rec for MSSS formal
- Updated our social media - mostly twitter
- Debbie wanted the raptors contract - but the photocopier wasn't working on my shift if you can check it on yours
- The person from the communication wine and cheese came to pick up her tickets and cheque except the cheque was no where to be found.. had to go on a hunt for it only to find out that someone from the accounting office (being really smart that they are) mailed it out to the communication office.. so Julie had to go pick it up from them.. the cheque rec didn't even have their address on it. lol
- I didn't get a chance to update the website so if you can do that on your shift
- I printed out stuff for our board except the ink was shit and I had to throw it out.
- I was also going to put Bulldogs games on the calendar but I couldn't find their homegames online.
- if you want to do other stuff I can finish the board tomorrow .
