Annual Ice Cream Social:
-Went with Brad and handed out some promo and informational papers to raise awareness of our services
Contacting:
-Keep in contact with LORI for the MUSC renovation grand opening to gain some time for raising awareness about our services etc.
-
IPads:
-Updated the IPads to newest version
-Got the slides on both IPads to run
-Downloaded a useful travel app and survey app
-Put Instagram on it for CSR's to utilize
Hours of Operation:
-Placed upcoming hours of operation on website and facebook (DO THIS TODAY)
To Do:
-Brainstorm wall ideas by the payphones to make it more visually pleasing and if we can use it in any way to generate revenue
-Update bulletin board by elevators
-Check with hospitality about loading student cards (especially when they are closed)
-Check online to see what events and such are in MUSC so we can utilize and be aware of the events
-Contact GO rep about the new Brantford/Aldershot bus to gain more information to make it aware to students (this will likely be a highly utilized bus)
-Contact MSU/MUSC conference organizers to try and generate a partnership where they utilize us to have people register/sign-in to the conference (this way more people become aware of us etc.)
-Check PRESTO card to see what is written on them, AND make a plan where if someone buys a new card they get a promo item with it and then we thank them and inform them that by them using us to purchase a card they are putting money back into student services (THEN promote this on social media)
-Try and get more likes/follows on Instagram, Facebook & Twitter
