Annual Ice Cream Social:
-Went with Brad and handed out some promo and informational papers to raise awareness of our services
Contacting:
-Keep in contact with LORI for the MUSC renovation grand opening to gain some time for raising awareness about our services etc.
-Contacted MSU/MUSC conference organizers to try and generate a partnership where they utilize us to have people register/sign-in to the conference (this way more people become aware of us etc.)
-Contacted GO rep about the new Brantford/Aldershot bus to gain more information to make it aware to students (this will likely be a highly utilized bus)
-Checked with hospitality about loading student cards (especially when they are closed)
-Contacted John McGowan in regards to setting up a new contract for HSR Replacement Cards (trying to meet with him Thursday to get master spreadsheet and to complete the contract)
-Met with Marco about the online ticket sales process with the IPads (meeting notes in my booklet)
IPads:
-Updated the IPads to newest version
-Got the slides on both IPads to run
-Downloaded a useful travel app and survey app
-Put Instagram on it for CSR's to utilize
Hours of Operation:
-Placed upcoming hours of operation on website
-Still to be updated on Facebook at the end of the week!
To Do:
-Brainstorm wall ideas by the payphones to make it more visually pleasing and if we can use it in any way to generate revenue
-Update bulletin board by elevators
-Check online to see what events and such are in MUSC so we can utilize and be aware of the events
-Check PRESTO card to see what is written on them, AND make a plan where if someone buys a new card they get a promo item with it and then we thank them and inform them that by them using us to purchase a card they are putting money back into student services (THEN promote this on social media)
-Try and get more likes/follows on Instagram, Facebook & Twitter
Thursday:
-Adventure Club tickets go on sale
*Put tickets into red and green till ticket folders
*Give instruction step page print out to OZI
*Add tickets on end of day template (get Ozi to help)
*Add sales to powerpoint
*Add ticket information to website
*Add event to our calendar
-Moving equipment down to the
-Promo to come in today
-Pull old HSR stock & inactivate them on RMS
-Pull all CNE stock & inactivate them on RMS
-Card Holders should be in from Athletics & Rec (keep in touch with them)

-Change FB hours of operation
