- made outline for meeting.
- updated deposit sheet (football date needed to be changed for accounting, WWW removed, Campus Events removed, etc).
- updated RMS
- started transportation slide for the MUSC screens
- football contract is completed (i did it the day after the game and gave it to debbie, she approved it and gave it back to me today, accounting is processing the cheque). once that is done, you or I (whoever is in when its finished) needs to email lana for cheque/ticket pick-up. I am going to check accounting tomorrow to see if its done (should be done by tomorrow) and I'll take care of it. If its not done for tomorrow, then next friday.
- theres a copy of the football contract on the IC/SS desk - it needs to go downstairs in the contract binder, i'll do this tomorrow when i come in, i forgot to grab it before i left.
- i updated the contract binder downstairs and removed all old contracts that are finished now.
hmmm i cant remember what else i did
tomorrow i am going to review all the boards and update what i can.
