- i remember you said for me not to do anything in terms of the ticket pickup and that you handled everything, so i left the email from anne  for you to respond to (csr didnt have them sign for it or show ID, and idk if counts were done, wasnt mentioned in email)... - flagged email for you
- i asked josh for the ticket pickup slips, they gave me the ones for 8 and 9, but none for the 7th, so she's talking about this date most likely.
- one thing i did was make a com joural post reminding csrs that they MUST check off if its student or regular.
- email her letting her know it was done properly for the 8th and 9th and we will look into what happened on the 7th

scavenger hunt
- i was going to make a com journal posting for this, but at the end of the email the sender said "thanks again tanya" ... so idk if she maybe sent it to the wrong person? also, since you handled it in the past and thus know exactly how it works, let me know if you want to handle it again. im happy to help with this though! - flagged email for you

- they are most likely cancelling on monday (see email)

first nations
- they want us to ask our customers for a 1$ donation, and will give the csr who raises the most a price. i don't know how this was orcestrated last year. i was hoping to talk to you or debbie about it. do you remember how this was done, ie - did we have a thing in the rms for first nation donations or something? were donations kept in the till or did we have a separate box for the donations? etc. (debbie ism't in today)

- made posting about this as students have started coming to compass asking questions
- emailed al asking where staff should direct students for questions they cant answer and added that to the post for CSRs
