- debbie said to make sure its an actual charity first
- then we need to meet with her to discuss everything with her (ie. that we will do our best to watch the boxes but we are not responsible if anyone steals them etc, and that we will pull them from the desk when our staff are not there, stuff like that and get all other details from her).
- I printed out the contract and put it in our binder
- emailed her to set up a meeting
- we will need to put details on the contract when she gives us the ribbons (ie. how many boxes, date she gave them to us on, etc). once this is done we can make copies for debbie and the desk
Banner
- banner design it ready to be printed off, but debbie and i want you to look at it before we do so (in case you have any opinions or changes you wanna make). i flagged the email with the banner design in it that we wanna use, check it out and let me know :)
Bill Nye
- put on website, thanks for all the information you left me in ur post
- will check numbers when i leave at 4:30
- emailed al counts so far
Craig/dan
- emailed al asking what the plan is for craig/dan tickets (ie. usually he picks up his tickets up an our or two before the event, so i asked when he plans on coming by for them or if he wants us to sell them up until the time of the event)
CSR binder
- updated (removed all old contracts yesterday, forgot to put this in post)
Transit services - holiday schedules
- so for the holiday schedule changes.. I emailed our reps asking about it in order to have ample time to inform the riders of any changes
- watch for any schedules that come our way, as debbie wants one big notice put up will all our transit services notice's on it instead of lots of different notices all over the boards. she wants this on the PP too once we create it (vs. a bunch of different slides for each service change)
- what you have up so far is good, since we dont have all of them. only once we have more of their notices come in will we do this
- made December calender and put all the dates on it that we know of so far (contract stuff, etc)
PLANS FOR FRIDAY - Maroons and Humanities
Maroons
- tickets will stay on sale throughout the event
- emailed them yesterday asking about the sheets and if they will need those, and if yes, when they want to pick it up.
Humanities
- will not be needing tickets,
- will be picking up sheets at 4pm -- I will pull the tickets at 3pm when i leave and tell the CSR thats there at 4 to give them the sheets when they come.
- emailed tony asking to clarify who specifically will be picking up the sheets, as we want to inform the CSRs of who to expect
---- made com journal post about all of this for the CSRs working tomorrow, i will speak to the CSRs on shift when i leave at 3 though or i'll leave a note in the back if the CSR working at 4 isn't in yet.
- i will start rec for humanities and maroons on monday.
