- they gave us a chart to record dietary options for guests - but 19 tickets were already sold by then, so they wanted numbers of which ones were sold, so i went down and noticed that the tickets were numbered but were not put out in numerical order - so for future reference even if they dont tell us - if the tickets are numbered try to put them out in order as well - it just makes it easier for us to keep track of them as well
- so i put everything in order and put them in binders again
