MONDAY SEPT 15 morning

1. I touched base with the Childrens christmas party ad thing, she should be coming in soon to fill out the form to do university billing

2. I counted the stress balls and emailed michelle and debbie with updated numbers

3. I updated the website because it didn't have the date of the football game.. I also removed the old football game info from sept 13

4. sent Al update on ticket counts for weekend warriors, also asked him to clarify the BBQ issue.. once he clarifies, Debbie asked us to edit the post in the Comm Journal as she wants the CSRs to be kept in the dark in a sense about any issues going on between us and other groups.. I have done this.

We need to get the Gage Park music festival out asap because the event is in 2 weeks - I am unsure about which waiver Josh needs to fill out in order for him to receive the paycheque at the end of the ticket sales.. if you can finish the email i left in the drafts to him, and include this waiver (if we have it on the computer?) that would be amazing!

I didn't get to anything hoco but there have been a lot of people wanting to buy today. did we not get hoco tickets? I was in the safe and I only saw the bag of weekend warrior tickets.. I may just have not seen the hoco ones?

I didn't get to the email blast either, but I can do that sometime today if the document is all good to go?! I don't want to send it out if you had to add to it.

Also I emailed robyn about picking up the coffee sleeves so hopefully we can do that soon, i went earlier and she wasn't in.
