Paid Advertising
- underground has an issue with our paid advertising stuff. debbie wants us to not discuss our ad stuff with anyone. we must keep all information between you, me, and debbie for now until she works something out with them. but we will continue with our ads for now
- international golden key - they are external, not internal, because they didnt go through the McMaster Club. We cannot give them the internal rate unless they are internal, and golden key is an international society (not mcmaster-specific), since it wasnt the Mac-based society that game to us (it was their general head office that accounts for all uni's) we have to charge external. watch for that next time, for a second I missed it too until i looked at their slide and saw it wasn't the mac-based society. good thing i looked at the slide ahead of time before she arrived.
- NEW ad: Bradbury-Harmon Public Speaking Workshops -- they are external $20/week for 1 week (but we are taking it down MONDAY night coming up because thats when the event is).
- make sure your putting copies of our ad contracts in the ticket binder for CSRs. Leah's contract is in a CSRs deposit. im gunna ask for that today to put copies downstairs, for debbie, and for us in our contract --- can you follow up on this in case I am unable to get the contract back from them now (if they havent done
- make sure you are watching the calendar on our desk (that we write on for ticket sales start/end dates and stuff) for advertising start/end dates. we have to stay on top of this

Football tickets
- ticket reconciliation is complete, game to debbie, waiting for her to approve it. if she hands it back to you (if I'm out of the office) make copies of it for us, debbie,  athletics, and accounting. put our copy in our completed contracts binder (make one if it doesnt already exist), give a copy to debbie, and give a copy to accounting. save the one for athletics--put it in an envelope, white what it is on the envelope, put it in the cabinet all locked up until we get the cheque. once we get the cheque from accounting we put the cheque with the contract in the envelope and contact athletics to come get it.

Bingo Players
- ticket reconciliation is complete, get to debbie, waiting for approval (this one may take a while to get back bc we are over $11.30--someone sold a rep ticket as an upper year so we gained 11.30. do debbie will have to do some stuff for that before she can give it back to us to give to accounting.). but if she gives it to you, follow the steps that i outlined in for the football tickets
- tickets are in an envelope in cabinet waiting for cheque and copy of completed contract (after debbie gives it back)

Football
- Emailed mark about football tickets
- he has out tickets and will drop them off eventually

Warrior tickets
- contract and FAQ are down at the desk, up here for us, and a copy for debbie (gave it to her already).
- EOD and float i did last week
- RMS done now
- its on website
- made a board for it downstairs
- made envelopes for the tickets once we release them (bc they are all identicle and two are the same colour as well, we are colour-coding envelopes for the CSRs.. especially since its so early in the year. they will make mistakes).
- **FB, twitter, and website advertisments dont have photo attached bc campus events hasnt sent it to me and i cant find it online. so when we get the poster in we will use it in our posts while promoting next week
- i did FB and twitter now, we should do it again next week tho
- while reading the FAQ there were some things that were unclear/not included. so i emailed jamie and asked her to include them bc it made no sense.. so im waiting on that.
- we will do the com journal next week.. the CSRs wont remember anything we put in the com journal now (tickets are released next wednesday)
