- replied to them with contract and info, they want to start selling tickets through us yaaaay

replied to smiling over sickness -- they just had a few questions about the advertising stuff, still dunno if they will sign with us or not

World Film Festival outreach
- we need to contact the school of arts and related clubs etc (debbie wants this done before friday) to inform them and to direct them to our ticket page.

Keith Urban
- had to change our advertising to help clarify that our tickets are better than our competitors (without using those words).. so i changed the website and boards.

Current ticket contracts
- this needs to be updated. we need to throw out the old crap in it.
- if i have time ill do it today
- okay i moved what needed to be moved to our completed contracts (i.e., attached the contracts and addition info stuff that was provided to the cheque photocopies). put tabs on each one bc we need to have each one tabbed -- see old binder from last year to see what i mean. this must be done for all contract filed away. there were a loooooot of old contracts i had to go through to organize so this took a long time

homecoming -- did rec for football. had to be done today for marc

Wonderland Poster
- made changes debbie requested and sent it back to her for approval
- waiting on debbie's approval before printing
- okay its good to go, but we have to print out canada's hours of operations and highlight the dates and post it beside our posters so ppl can be aware of when they can use the tickets/which dates they can choose. just letting you know in case you get to this tomorrow before i do

Scavenger Hunt
- flagged this email for you.  im gunna let you handle this -- she showed up while i was leaving for class at the end of my shift. so this thing starts tmrw so im gunna stay and go through the emails and  and finish what has to be done for it bc it neeeds to be out today since its early tomorrow morning. idk whats going on for this lol

Now that everything is taken care of up until this point, you and I can both do the baord tomorrow during our shifts. -- debbie wants to board done by friday!! :)

when your replying to emails that have to do with new events or things such as the scavanger hunt u need to put it in the com journal for me to be aware of bc i dont always have time to open up old emails that u've already taken care of and read the whole thread to be aware. if i didnt read the scavenger hunt thing i wouldnt have even known it was going on lol, then if CSRs asked me anything about it i'd be like "...whaaaat are you talking about?" and then I'd look stupid to the staff haha, and i dont want that. so please write in here anything that is relevant for me to know. it is also important bc if debbie asks me about something and i say "uhhh... no idea... didnt even know that was happeneing", I look REALLY bad to debbie. even tho ur taking care of it (which i appreciate!!!) i still need to know whats going on so always update me. when I read emails that are relevant for you (i.e., something that needs to be done or some new contract, I always post in it here for u to know about.
