- Brad is coming in at 1:30 ish to puck up the tickets for the last ti cat game (from the 14th).
- grab the ticketsand count them and prepare them (i.e., to mark on the contract that he was taking them)
Football
- called mark, he may give us more tickets, watch for his reply, i made a com journal post telling CSRs to put "temporarily sold out" if they run out because we get back to them. if he tells us we arent getting anymore, then change the sign to "sold out" and update the com journal. if we get more in, then change the signs accordingly haha :)
Film festival
- decided to just do this
- made second float sheet JUST for red JUST for film festival
- put it on RMS
- put it on com journal
- website
- FB/twitter
- made copies of contract
.... finished entire checklist (got lazy haha, didnt want to write everything I did.. but basically everything for this is done!)
ran our of dance party - put notice on website
