- reconcile and pull all adverting for red cross

banner pens + pocket maps costs
- so we only have $1300 left and we need at least $500 to last us the rest of the year
- i have asked dave for pocket map pricing so we can figure out how much to allocate to pens vs. pocket maps.
- pocket maps $190 for 1000 (mike will do $190 for 1000 as well) so 2000 total.
- banner pens lets do the 5000 pens.

TOMORROW- flyers need to be picked up and prepared for the event THIS MUST BE DONE- we should make the PO for the pens- the PO for the pocket maps we will do when they finally get the map, we are waiting on that stuff
- we need to contact the engineering alumni ppl about their advertising and see if they wanna come in and pay at some point next week and give us the slide so we can prepare everything.
- COFFEE SLEEVES MUST GO OUT TOMORROW :)
