Hi Ozi! I hope that you had a great break and a happy thanksgiving.
Today:
- Contacted Mike from Ticats to arrange the tickets for the outing
- Dealt with the desk and figured out what to do with no one one RED. (Neha will work until 3:15 on green, and then Robisa is coming in on red).
- Answered Mary from YogaCity about her slides and making payment
- Answered Karanbir about coming in today to get ticket sales started for their Rock Without Boarders event. She will be coming in at 3 when your shift starts.
- Tweeted about toonie tuesday comedy and made a Facebook post
- We need to start thinking about what we want to do for the customer appreciation week. This week I am going to change the big board downstairs to advertise Halloween and the appreciation week. We can try to contact the different services on campus to see if we can put together some sort of giveaway bundle to do a twitter or regular raffle for.
- We should also contact our transportation reps to see if they can give us any free trips!
For you:
- Please answer Catherine Crawford about the shows and such, I know that you have been dealing with her. I left it marked as unread in the email
- Could you please also call Mary from YogaCity and get her credit card info to process her payment manually? Once you get all info- the card number, expiration date, name on the card, and the security code on the back, speak with Debbie and she will show you how to process the payment manually. I just saw the email at the end of my shift or else I would have called to get that info.
