Today:
- Met with Jill and accepted tickets for Dear Rouge- she gave 50 tickets as well as their reconciliation form that she would like us to fill out
- Got Leanne to make a board for Rock without Boarders- we don't really have any more board space currently to make on for Dear Rouge... there is one board for CW Fall and HHaunt, one for Hollerado and Rock without boarders, and the other is for Ti-cats and Football! We don't even have one for Bulldogs either!
- Gave Debbie copy of Yoga city display of information contract and transaction receipts
- Put Dear Rouge tickets down at desk, in RMS, in comm journal, float sheet, end of day sheet, twitter and Facebook
- Answered Jen's email about the 1280 gift cards
- Emailed Zach from Hamilton Bulldogs about the appreciation week
- Made a Facebook post about our customer appreciation week coming soon so that people will know about it!
- Sent our contract to a different Movember charity who called our extension today to talk about ticket sales!

IDEAS FOR HALLOWEEN APPRECIATION WEEK
- Candy give away with personal note: this can be done beginning Monday and go until we run out o candy. We need to fill out a P.O. to get money to then go and buy candy and other supplies we may need.
- During the candy giveaway we can have people fill out a ballot for our raffle prize draw! We will do the draw on Friday morning, and contact the people then so that they can claim their prize!
- Some ideas for this are:

• Have on raffle basket prize done from the paper ballot draws
• Have another done from a retweet contest on Twitter
• Have another done from a Facebook like and share contest

- The above are just thoughts on what we could do! We could pick one or two of those methods

- Jen emailed back and asked if we wanted five $10.00 gift cards to 1280 so that is great! I told her our hours for tomorrow so she can bring them by or we can go get them

- If we do one of the draws earlier in the week say for Wednesday maybe Al would give us two tickets to the Halloween Hollerado show which is happening on the Friday!
