Hi Ozi!

Just a few things: when bringing tickets down to the desk where there are more than one colour and all tickets look the same (yuk yuk's and hollerado) please put the different tickets in labeled envelopes with the colours on the envelope! This is very important as it helps to keep the tickets separate to make it simple and error free for the staff. Also, when bringing down a new contract to the desk (Halloween Hollerado) please put the contract in the desk binder. I saw that the contract was in the back of the red folder and it was all wrinkled.

Today:

- I emailed Mary from Yoga City to accept the slide and contract, I will print contract and put it in the binder. I let her know that she needs to pay for the slide before we can put it up, so I told her that the total is $80.00 and that she can come pay that to us on a day that she is available. This payment has to be accepted at the desk by a manager so whenever she tells us a day we will have to let her know our hours.
- Saw the email from Hilary from Bulldogs and her attached slide. I will mark it unread as we need to communicate with her that we are only allowed to advertise a generic slide, and extra slides will costs extra money. In our meeting with Zach we told him about the generic slide and that extras would cost money. They cannot send us multiple different slides throughout the year and have us change them without payment. I will let you contact her back regarding this as you have been in contact with her thus far. Her slide states the October games on it, if she wants to have one generic slide saying something like "get your voucher here, good for all home games!" then we can show that throughout the whole season. If she would like to have a monthly slide displaying specific games that would be $15.00/slide.
- Replied to Kelsey from the International Exchange group about selling tickets to their event, provided her with some details and sent a copy of the agreement
- Gave Debbie a list of pros/cons with the exclusive club card
- Began Cheque Rec for Ticats
- Brought up Ticats tickets for Nov. 1st
- Nov. 1st Ticats is in the float sheet already

For you today:

- Contact Hilary and get that sorted
- Post on the PowerPoint and website about our hours for fall break
- Post on PowerPoint about Ticats for Nov. 1st, put tickets out for sale (Debbie has the contract and tickets so you can get them from her)
