Today:
- Discussed with Debbie about the purchase order for the Ticats game and submitted it
- Posted on FB and Twitter about Rock without Boarders
- Brought down HSR passes to the safe
- Responded to Jill from Core Entertainment and told her our hours for tomorrow. She will be coming in to drop off the tickets for the "Dear Rouge" show
- Printed off contracts for this show and will save posters under our "logos" folder on the computer. Gave contract to Debbie and put one down at the desk
- Emailed Al a ticket update for Yuk Yuk's and Hollerado
For you:
- Brainstorm ideas for the customer appreciation week
- Contact 1280, Union Market, Campus Events, etc. about a giveaway that they might want to include
- Contact our transit reps to see if they could give a free trip of sorts
- Begin the Halloween board downstairs
- Do cheque rec. for ath and rec for the McMaster vs. Waterloo game that was on Oct. 8th
* Jill will come for 12:00 noon to drop off the tickets to me so I will move forward with the ticket sales checklist whenever I get the tickets.
