Today:
- Answered Al's email about the Hollerado counts
- Got ticket pick up form from desk and Ti-cats tickets for Sunday
- Brought candy down to the desk for continuing giveaways
- Emailed school of the arts our ticket contract as they called and asked for it
- Organized Prize packs and printed off a certificate for the campus events Hollerado tickets because Al isn't giving them actual tickets! For this we are just to get the winners name and then tell him. He will put their name plus one on the guest list!
- Put Exclusive Club Card tickets on RMS, in RED till only because we have to fill out the tracking sheet, posted in comm journal about it
- Counted and returned tickets to Rock without Borders contact this morning. Filled out the contract- all that has to be done is the cheque rec for that
For you:
- Do the draw from the raffle and all three twitter draws! Contact all individuals and tell them to come pick up their prizes. You can tell them all hours tomorrow between the two of us and Alessia and Scott's hours so that they have ample time to come up to the desk
- Work on the ticket sales IC checklist for Exclusive ClubCard
- Do cheque rec for Rock without Borders
- PLEASE update Ath and Rec when you are here. I updated them this morning but they would like another.
