Things I did

Bulldogs Raffle:
- did this today and contacted the winner
- posted on social media to indicate the end of the raffle
- Cole Millson will come by Compass, show his ID, then take the stick
- Info on comm. journal for CSR's

Umbrella
- emailed Michelle back
- Forwarded email strand to Debbie to get her opinion

New ticket Contract:
- McMaster A Cappella 
- Sent them the contract and they will either email it back or give it to us when they bring all the tickets
- Gave her the hours both you and I are in this week to meet us in the office

New advertising contract:
- Protest against Donal Trump
- Sent advertising contract
- Will send back or bring when she is ready to make payment for the contract
- Gave her the hours either of us are in so we can meet her downstairs at Compass to process the payment

EOD Sheet:
- Had to update some sum's for Tommy Chong to split HST from ticket price to display a breakdown for Rec

Float Sheet:
- Updated since there was some confusion on Tommy Chong 
- Updates are now in the safe room for use

Business Cards:
- Ordered 200 put on our standing purchase order

SWHAT Meeting:
- Met with SWHAT
- MEETING NOTES...

• Raffle:
• Contacting services and faculties to get stuff for our raffle
• We have both tried and it hasn't worked out
• Do research on what they all offer for exams for students (services, events...?) - make brochure on it
• Exam/Stress reliever themed
• Start raffle - last week of November (28th)
• Ending raffle and drawing and contacting on Monday, Dec 5th
• One basket to be raffled at SWHAT chocolate Nov 29th draw
• Have them on display at Compass
• Entering the raffle (process):
• They have to like Compass and SWHAT then like the post and tag 2 friends
• Make the picture that we will post for the raffle and send to SWHAT to use as well!
