Macapella 
- put tickets out on red and green
- posted on social media
- made white board 
- completed entire check list

SOTA
- begun reconciling tickets - need to speak to Debbie on this so will finish tomorrow 
- removed from website and slides 

Boards 
- took down the old posters and put up the new one for Macappella

- redo the theme and the board (winter theme)

- see email about the raffle prizes 

Cineplex tickets 
- new tickets out tomorrow when Debbie is back 
- need to change RMS and any advertising that we have
