Things I did

Monthly Meeting:
- Make plan of what we want today
- Started a document on google docs (our gmail account) and shared it with Brad and Connor to plan it out (and shared it on our Facebook management page)

Charity Ball Raffle:
- Made a picture for Facebook and Twitter for when we being our online raffle

Reposting Ticket Sales:
- Reposted Can vs Russ and Tommy Chong tickets to push them on both twitter and facebook

Things to Do

Poppies:
- Should we collect them all Monday and bring them all to Cheryl since not everyone knows where to find her etc.
- I think this will be the best method and I told Shaina (from Union Market) that we would be doing that for her

Charity Ball Raffle:
- I like the idea of having people have to tag 5 of their friends in order for them to get entered in the raffle. 
- We shall start it once we begin selling, that is a very good point
- Ask for the staff raffle should we just comment on our staff FB page and have people comment if they are interested and we will enter them into the staff raffle if they are (we will have Debbie pull the name to be 100% fair if we both enter into it) - what are your thoughts?
