Monday Meeting
- posted closed hours on facebook and pinned to the top 

Cheque Pick ups
- Ana from OSG came by to pick up her cheque and sign contracts 

SOTA 
- she picked up the rest of the tickets 
- I took it off the website and slides 

Macappella 
- she dropped off the tickets, counted them and put them in the back office 
- copied contracts and put one downstairs at the desk with FAQ 
- posted in comm journal

- board should be updated
- old events taken down and new ones put up and theme changes 

Cineplex tickets 
- sold out this afternoon so we will need to start the new ones
