Things I did 

Fire and Ice Formal 
- Tickets sold out in 25 minutes 
- Posted on social media that we were selling and that we sold out 
- there's a sign at the desk about them being sold out 
- Inactivated on RMS 
- I finished the internal transfer and updated the contract and handed them off to Debbie to look at 

SOTA 
- came in at 4pm to meet Sharon from SOTA to give her Thursday's tickets 

Things to do:

Cheque Pick ups tomorrow 
- Ana from OSG is coming to pick up cheque (get her to sign contract in the binder and give her their copy in the second drawer) 
- April is coming to pick up Rock without Borders cheque  (get her to sign contract in the binder and give her their copy in the second drawer) 


Monday Staff meeting 
- put a post on social media that we will be closed that day (Nov 21) from 530pm-700pm 
- make a slide as well
