o   Notes : tweeted about tomorrow being last day for CNE tickets, make sure you take them out on Friday

o   Notes : also updated facebook about last day to buy CNE tickets, updated pictures,  

       Contracts

o   Notes : a guy came by to put up poster yesterday, he filled out a contract, i've put it in the current ticket sales binder, watch out for the event date to take poster off 

& i updated the advertising contract with changes Debbie made, show it her once shes back to see if everythings okay, and see what the process is to start implementing the contract 

& ive put football price in RMS, remember to double check with Debbie about the price. i will leave photocopies of contract in the drawer so you can hand it to her on wednesday 

       Boards

o   Notes : boards need to be updated before school starts, dont forget :) 

       Outreach (emails, phone calls, etc)

o   Notes : for the shinerama basket, i emailed GO asking if they wanted to throw in a $10 presto card as well, so let's just wait on making the basket in case they answer & make sure you send cody your schedule so he can start working on training schedules 

i also emailed about olympics, for now i said all you need is a table, if you need anything else make sure you mail her 

emailed tara walker about magnets for the residences, she never even got back to us lol - watch out for her email, call her if anything 

i also emailed Al about the welcome week concert and tshirts for our staff for welcome week, try to get those for our staff  

       Promotions

o   Notes : for the welcome week preview, ive written up a draft, look it over, i'll be in states by monday, but we need to submit it by 20th, so if you have to call debbie on monday or something and make sure she sees it before you submit it 

if lana/parrish dont say anything about the banner pens by the time youre in next try contacting them, ive emailed once before already 

       Other:

o   Notes : i handed in your PO and check rec for the stuff you bought for welcome day 

uniforms: tell cody and josh to make sure everyone gets the right size, ive saved the list under uniforms in our IC account, theres also a print out of the list in our drawer (the one labelled scrap paper), and then keep all the extras in our cupboard 

the sean mercer came to pick up the hsr maps, i didnt order more tho, i figured we were good for now and we'd be getting more presto stuff in september anyways 

i filled out the calendar will everything thas happening in september so we dont forget anything, feel free to add stuff, and i put some reminders on the bottom as well
