Notes :__someone emailed asked about
advertising for a charity called smiling over sickness – her name is Kimberley.
I’ve told her she needs to fill out contract for putting up promotional items
and stuff. And i also told her about the new advertising thing we’re doing on
LCDs, and charging for it. When you’re in on Wednesday can you work on that. I
have made all the changes to that document Laura made. So show it Debbie for
any more changes she wants and ask her what the process is to start
implementing that service.
o
I think you sent out mass email about
our summer tickets?? It came back saying it didn’t meet the guidelines, and the
guy fixed, so i sent it out again

Notes :_a package needs to be prepared
by September 2 for Shinerama. So add this to your to-do list when you’re doing
your IC shifts at end of August. I’ll be away then.
o
Also, if you wanted my help for the two
frosh events in beginning of September, let me know within next two weeks.
Because I’m going to the states for last two weeks of August, so you won’t even
be able to text me
o
When youre in Wednesday you can get the
sleeves from union – its probably gonna take a while to get them up there, so I
probably shouldn’t be away from the desk for too long – theres no rush on them
anyways
Other:
o
Notes : PO for uniforms has been filled
out, just need to fax it over.
o
Things to do: prepare for welcome day,
pick up sleeves from union market, and anything else you can think of
