       Website

o   Notes : Added football and removed Lacrosse. If you have the time can you review all the pages of the website to make sure all old stuff is off and all new information is up. Rollergirls comes down next week I believe (one is 17 one is 24th)

o   Notes : added football slide and hid the lacrosse slide. roller girls comes down next week!!

o   Notes : lana came and dropped off the football tickets, i left the contract down here for you (print out a copy for down here, IC/SS desk, and debbie). thanks for putting it on the RMS for me. I will check with debbie when she returns about that stuff u mentioned

o   Notes : I'm gunna leave making a page on the flip chart for the football up to you cause I absolutely suck at making the flip chart look good and yours always look good haha.. its embarrassing how bad mine look compared to urs - I refilled the brochures!

       Promotions

o   Notes : we need to have more of those mini flyers made that shows all the tickets we are selling - we need to make sure for city pass it doesnt say "toronto city pass" - debbie just wants it to say citypass with a few of the options and "more passes available online" - we lost the updated one i made so one of us should make a new one for september that looks a little different to catch ppls attention

Notes :our USB is broken, pauline came down with a new USB for us to use in order to get the powerpoint from the LCD screen. We are currently using her USB stick, we need to find a new one for us and give hers back to her when we can. i put the new football slide on it and hid the lacrosse, can you do a check rec for lacrosse if any were sold please2) i will do everything you mentioned in your last posts when i am in next wednesday! thank you!
3) I gave SSI information sheets (they came by the desk to pick them up), the rest are down here at the desk, I will distribute them closer to september to the other offices who requested them
