Friday (Athena)

- Krystin, please contact Daphne (Bulldogs organizer) at 3:30pm to let her know what the numbers are for ticket sales. We originally planned that she would come by at 12:30 to stop ticket sales and pick up the remaining tickets but sales have been going well so I encouraged her to wait until 3:30 to see if they sell out. If the tickets are not sold out she will come by and pick them up, just make sure to note it on our copy of the contract for rec (obvs!)

- Received 5 more packages for right to play team registration, marked it on our contract and put it at the desk

- Updated soc sci formal about ticket sales, we will be selling right until doors open and we just have to give her a final number so if you can email her before you leave she can provide that number to the event venue (its Amanda you need to email plz)

- Printed and finished filling out the SCSN contract, they are coming in Monday to meet with me and bring the tickets. Advertising is done on the website for it.

- Al came by and I gave him all the contracts he needed to pick up, he said this afterparty thing is a  joke lol.

- Macreation Unaiza is coming at 6pm to pick up the 2 sign up sheets for her event tonight. I made a comm post for muna and alifiya and have printed it out for them at the desk so they make sure they only give her the sign up sheets (and make her fill out the pickup form I filled out in advance)

- updated facebook and the msu calendar

- I also left a message for Jensen on his cell to get the account code so we can get this pangaea internal transfer done.
