Tuesday (Athena)

- I'm retarded and didn't realize you weren't coming in yesterday. oops
- didnt do anything for Qssc yet

- Matthew came by today and I gave him his tickets. Totally didnt realize it was TWO round trip tickets (holy crap, i want that prize) so i looked like a tool :(

- waiting for confirmation on the account codes for pangaea, i already did internal transfer. and its printed, im assuming they are going to use the same codes as night market, so when they confirm the sheet just has to go to Debbie and copies need to be made.

- told ernest to come in and meet with me, he didnt come in yet so maybe message him so he can come in during your shift.

- left March board for you. yay i figure st. pattys theme will catch students' attention.

- READ THIS BEFORE YOU LOOK AT THE RIGHT TO PLAY STUFF:
Okay so here is the deal with right to play. Claire will be coming in to see you sometime this afternoon, she is their advertising person or whatever for Right to Play McMaster. Basically,  she came to talk to me and wanted the registration to open right away, but things are still really up in the air with their rules and stuff, so heres the deal. Basically individual and teams can come to Compass to register for the soccer tournament which is on saturday march 24. All proceeds to go right to play canada.

Teams can be a minimum of 10 players, but they pay the $150.00 fee for registration regardless of whether they have 10 to 15 people on their team. If they want more than 15 people on their team, they pay the $150.00 fee PLUS $10.00 per person up to a maximum of 20 people. When they pay they receive the team package which includes 1x info sheet, 15x waivers, 15x pledge forms. We did not receive extra for additional people.

Indiviudals can also come register and they will be placed on a team. They pay $10.00 to register for one person. If they want to sign up with their friends, but dont have enough people to make a full team they can contact Claire, whose info is on the registration packages we are giving out. When they pay the $10.00 they get an individual package which includes the info sheet on the front, the waiver, and the pledge form.

The issues that still need to be resolved with Claire are:

- the "pledge" forms that she wants people to collect donations on are actually half-marathon registration forms she took from the website. I sent her a template to use because if we give out the "pledge" forms in the packages, customers will come back wondering why its telling them to pay a registration fee for a half marathon.

- The maximum numbers of teams we can register is 12. The maximum number of individuals that can register is 20. There also must be 3 girls on each team otherwise they play short. We need to figure out how to program this into the RMS so that we don't accidently register too many people, which happened 2 years ago.

- the powerpoint slide is done for right to play. website is done, you just need to update it so that it shows that registration is now open.
