Monday (Athena)

- got confirmed account numbers for Al, submitted those and made copies for everyone. Campus events copies are in the purple binder at the front.

- did the diversity services cheque rec for pangaea, then marn said we had to do an internal transfer so I am still waiting on Jensen to see what he says or whether he needs cash instead. Took down the advertising info for this

- updated the ppt and took down pangaea and invisible children, made a ppt for right to play (that might need to be updated). Will update it at the desk when I go down, forgot the stupid USB key up here the 2 times I went down to restock lol

took down pangaea and fashion show from website and comm journ too

- took down info for invisible children. Only sold 5 tickets, did cheque rec, this is submitted to debbie for review. Copies still need to be made and the cheque submitted to accounting.

- waiting for Claire to come meet with me now. I did a contract up for her, we will have to be very careful to ensure staff know what we are talking about and how to properly give out the packages and collect the info. Ive attached the email from claire to the contract so you know whats going on
 EDIT: she came by but only had a few packages with her, i told her to make the changes we discussed then come back. see the email i sent to her and the organizer. contract is awaiting changes and is loose in the purple binder.

im actually going to be coming in tomorrow from 10:30-12:30 because im still sick so I cant work with the babies at my placement, so ill be in tomorrow to work on stuff.
