Tuesday (krystin)

-I got numbers back from Debbie, so I completed and submitted cheque recs for socsci, macreation, and habitat.

-They sent sheets for ticket sales for SCSN, just to note if there are any allergies or if vegetarian, so those are at the desk now.

-I emailed Al seeing if he wants all these tickets, our bottom drawer is a disaster, so I put all his tickets in the box and folded it up.

EDIT: Al came by and grabbed a few and was gunna confidential waste the rest. I told him I would do it if we could keep the paper clips. We shook on it, it was a deal, and now our almost empty paper clip box is bountiful once again.

-In the midst of doing that I saw the Invisible Children Cheque slipped out of the back of the drawer and had to tape two pens together to be able to reach it to get it out (lolz). I organized that with their copy of the contract, their tickets, and our contract that they have to sign. I emailed them again to remind them to pick it up asap.

-So now the drawer is slightly more organized. I emailed Anne from Framed again about her tickets.

-I emailed about the diversity transfer again, but Debbie said to just ask Marn what to put it in. Marn decided to put it in Diversity's Donations line (3801-0317) and if they want her to move it later she will, but we don't want it sitting around waiting on them. I emailed them to let them know. Debbie has the internal transfer and will sign it tomorrow, cause she was just leaving as I handed it to her.
