Thursday (Athena)

-We got a contract from MacReation but I did not do anything for it yet. It is in the purple binder. Waiting on an email of the advertising info and a poster. Still need to do LCD slide and website.

-We have to do the internal transfer for TheWeeknd, in the binder, she added stuff to the one I did to accommodate wages. We need to add a polite reminder on the bottom of it to tell us about tickets in advance. Oops forgot to do the reminder part! I will add a note when I give the copy to Al

- did the mcmaster on trial rec, debbie is checking the numbers, they should add up now that I found those tickets.

- Anne will be coming in tomorrow to pick up those tickets

- I talked to the macreation exec girl just emphasizing that we are not going to be responsible for making staff fill in the sign up sheet. They have the "arrival time as 12:30am" on the ticket which is really weird, but its the time of arrival BACK at mac from the trip.

- I met with Reeta (sp?) when I came in, Debbie asked me to give her something to do so I gave her a list of stuff from the website to work on. I didn't realize I had actually done 90% of the website! Just finishing touches left to go, wooo!

THE WEBSITE SHOULD BE READY TO LAUNCH IN 1 to 2 weeks !!!!

TO DO this week:
-Matthew Harker is going to email us a time and date he will pick up his Coach tickets. Once we know we can leave them at the desk for him to pick up and let the staff know to fill out the pick up contract. The tickets are still in the bottom drawer in an envelope with a ticket contract and his name on it - March 6 @ 1100
-FB & twitter updates for both events
-posting job application openings on website, FB & Twitter
-Thank yous to transportation reps for promo donations
-March PPT
