Feb 8

- Started updating the IC Manual
-We need to do rec for drag show but they will start ticket sales up again for March 7th, refunds will be provided up until Sunday. Kathleen and Maggie are taking care of that. We will start ticket sales up again on Monday for Drag Show.

Feb 4

- fixed up internal transfer for grocery bingo
- planned for customer appreciation - might get candies on Thursday or Debbie might
- decorations at the front desk
- made an activity for valentines day

Feb 1

Danny:

- worked on PRESTO board (printed out banner) --> if you like it, could you put it on the board? :)

Manjyot:

- finished the Presto board
- explained what happened with the Ken Jeong tickets to Trish
- started working on the handouts Debbie can take with her to the Inspire within conference (I think its on your Canva account, if that's okay?)

Jan 31

Danny:

- met with PNB Society for formal tickets --> they will email with ticket contract + event details for online ticketing
- MSU internal transfer for Grocery Bingo
- put the Tinder Tales and Spiders slides downstairs
- put the Compass boards on the wall
- checked all online tickets to ensure they match RMS
- found material for PRESTO board --> started designing stuff on Canva :)

Jan 28

- counted and accepted contract for botantical gardens - tickets are in safe
- waiting on FAQ sheet, and if tax is included in price
- counted and accepted contract for Humanities Formal - tickets are in safe (could you set it up in our system?)
- Made the buttons file to make Compass buttons for tomorrow (this took forever :(  )

Jan 25

To Do:

- Update Presto Board
- Find an alternative spot to put old boards
- Alternative to chalkboard?
- OPIRG buttons - have submitted an application, booked for Jan 29th
- Update IC Manual
- Inspiring within Event Debbie is going to in Feb - Make flyers
- Maybe put together a draw basket (Cineplex tickets, popcorn, Maynards, tissues)
- Brochure holders on the side of the wall - make it an information brochure holder


Danny:
- responded to Charity Ball ticket inquiries
- asked Kathleen about iPods for ticket scanning
- responded to groups that are interested in selling tickets (meeting on Monday Jan 28 3:30pm with MHS for their Formal)
- confirmed with Maggie that the tickets for Musical Theatre are not charging tax
- emailed customer that was given an extra Drag Show ticket if you would want to keep it/pay for it or if we can cancel the extra ticket
