- all i found in the safe were multipass which arent going out until jan
- there are 9 more single rides on red, i didnt check green yet but if theres any on green ill move them to red.
- i emailed erik asking if he can drop some single ride tickets off (i mentioned in the email that debbie isn't in today so i am unable to check with her if plans have already been made, so if he has already discussed this with debbie or you he can disregard my email)
- erik came by, he dropped off 120 tickets. i put some on red and the rest in the safe

Al
- gave him charity ball and tokyo police counts

- ill post the notice on the website and the board (if you havent already put it on the boards)
- ill leave the schedules for now since the current ones can still be used until jan 4th. once we get back from the break we'll have to make sure we throw them out.

january board
- i was wondering if you could help me with the january board, since i did nov/dec,
- ill start preparing for it today thats not problem but i'd love some help since we dont have a lot of time before jan comes, we'll need to put it up asap once we get back
- okay so i prepared some stuff, check out the binder, the folder marked jan. i have some stuff in it, im thinking half the board can be for selling tickets at compass and the other half can be the policies for school closures and stuff like that. let me know what u think!

i have to cover desk for the last hour of my shift cus megan is doing full day - so she needs a break

tickets have been restocked, down to last 20 for charity ball, and I did email debbie, but just let her know inventory is all fine for charity ball. our rms number matches with what he have left

early bird tickets (debbie told me to take them out of the box, put them in bundles of 20, and leave them in the safe - double count the bundle tho to make sure theres 20 before giving them to the CSRs) and yukyuks (campus events) are in the safe

- these tickets went sooo fast today. debbie put some out, then i put out 50, 15 minutes later i had to restock them again, so definitely keep an  eye on this--- just put more out again, put out 300 students and 100 guests, they are going really fast tho. debbie might put more out again before she leaves. huge line up for this

- im going to put up the december board on wednesday - i had too much to do today to start/finish it. Ill leave everything on tip of the white drawer beside the desk, i took a picture a while ago of what the board should look like when everything on it, ill email it to our account so u can look at it and see what i had in mind for the board, but feel free to change things up!  i got paper from underground, so if u need more just run down there

- then we need to meet with her to discuss everything with her (ie. that we will do our best to watch the boxes but we are not responsible if anyone steals them etc, and that we will pull them from the desk when our staff are not there, stuff like that and get all other details from her).
- I printed out the contract and put it in our binder
- emailed her to set up a meeting
- we will need to put details on the contract when she gives us the ribbons (ie. how many boxes, date she gave them to us on, etc). once this is done we can make copies for debbie and the desk

- banner design it ready to be printed off, but debbie and i want you to look at it before we do so (in case you have any opinions or changes you wanna make). i flagged the email with the banner design in it that we wanna use, check it out and let me know :)

- so for the holiday schedule changes.. I emailed our reps asking about it in order to have ample time to inform the riders of any changes
- watch for any schedules that come our way, as debbie wants one big notice put up will all our transit services notice's on it instead of lots of different notices all over the boards. she wants this on the PP too once we create it (vs. a bunch of different slides for each service change)
- what you have up so far is good, since we dont have all of them. only once we have more of their notices come in will we do this

PLANS FOR FRIDAY - Maroons and Humanities

Maroons
- tickets will stay on sale throughout the event
- emailed them yesterday asking about the sheets and if they will need those, and if yes, when they want to pick it up.

Humanities
- will not be needing tickets,
- will be picking up sheets at 4pm -- I will pull the tickets at 3pm when i leave and tell the CSR thats there at 4 to give them the sheets when they come.
- emailed  tony asking to clarify who specifically will be picking up the sheets, as we want to inform the CSRs of who to expect

November 22nd
- we have both humanities formal and maroons formal on nov 22nd
- i have emailed both of them to determine exactly what they'd like to do
- Humanities -- when i met with them, they said they will need to pick up the sheets in the afternoon in order to get the dietary stuff to the kitchen at the hall. i emailed them to establish a time they want to come, and asked if they wil also be picking up the tickets when they come (during the meeting they said they may need them to sell at the door, but they werent sure)
- Maroons -- asked them if they'd like us to sell the tickets up until the time of the event,or if they want them pulled early.

Craig/Dan event
- saw that their numbers were pretty low so i did some fb and twitter advertising
 - made board for them

Maroons
- met with them, gave them counts
- we are going to leave the tickets on sale throughout the entire event, when ppl buy CSRs can just let them know the event already started so that they are aware.

Charity ball
- rest of the tickets are in, Ive counted 295 tickets, and then they had given us 132 before
- we're going to be putting tickets out a little differently for charity ball, theyve given the tickets to us in boxes, and ive numbered them, so we're just gonna keep putting boxes out in numerical order
- and for green they shouldnt have more than 15 tickets at a time - since I'm in everyday, Ill keep checking it, so if we're ever really running low during you shift you can bring next box out - but i'll try to make sure we're well stocked for most of the time

ST
- theyve sent their holiday schedule - so Ill update PP and i put notice on board between tills

updated EOD and float sheet as well - I just made 10 copies of float sheet for now, I think we're supposed to be getting SOC SCI tickets soon

I was thinking we should have IC meeting tomorrow, I cant remember if we have manager meeting or not, but if we dont, Ill come at like 12 30 and we can meet for the last half hour of your shift

- they want us to ask our customers for a 1$ donation, and will give the csr who raises the most a price. i don't know how this was orcestrated last year. i was hoping to talk to you or debbie about it. do you remember how this was done, ie - did we have a thing in the rms for first nation donations or something? were donations kept in the till or did we have a separate box for the donations? etc. (debbie ism't in today)

- yeah sorry i looked at red's float and saw "29" on the line for craig/dan, so i thought someone put it out before i got to it (ie. josh or cody). - they must have put one of the counts for their debra tickets there since there was only one debra line.

- hey, so when i wrote to put out tickets to the second event i meant the craig and dan event lol, they were supposed to go on sale yesterday- i didnt see them in tajinder's ticket binder this morning lol, unless you did put them out and i didnt see them - so i put those out and added it to rms and made comm journal post about it
- but you did write that you put them out in your comm journal post, so im a little confused
- i tried to update fbook, but its being weird - take a look at it and see if you can figure it out, i played around with it a for a while

- i used the chart you made and attached to the contract to do the color thing, and i did tape it to the counter (exactly where the one you made now is taped), did someone remove it after i taped it on there?
- the dates you put on the contract were incorrect, you had 8-9 and 9-16. you were missing the 7th, and its only 13-16 not 9-16. its not a big deal at all right now, but for when we do rec we'll need to change it :)
 - thanks for fixing whatever it was i messed up on the sheet for the desk though!

Com journal
- we keep having issues with our posts not showing up for the CSRs
- i forgot to put this in my last post to you, but the massive post you made about the screemers (busses, times, how to get there, etc) never appeared for the CSRs. i only realized when one called to ask me about the buses, i told them u made a big post about that on the com journal, but it turns out that one (along with others) never appeared for them and still isnt - i checked. some of mine in the past never appeared either, so its getting annoying that important noticed about tickets and stuff arent showing up for them.
 - spent time on this with pauline, we may switch systems to an msu based on instead of google if we cant fix the problem.

November board
- i will do this on friday (ill be in from 1-3)
- im going to make half the board about rememberance day and the other half about selling tickets at compass! woooo
 - i got everything prepared to post, so on friday i can throw it all up on the board quickly

- debbie wants us to make one big notice that has all the bus notices on it for Christmas (instead of a bunch of separate notices). ie., - title can be "Christmas Holiday Bus Schedule Changes" or something and then have headers for each of our bus serves with whatever the notice is. I'll post it on the website, you can put it on the powerpoint, a copy for the board on the desk, and a copy for the CSRs
- we received one from Coach Canada (megabus), so we need to advertise that one, and as we get more in we will add the other services to the notice.

Clubs

- one of the CSRs left a note in the com journal that we need for HSR guides. I'm gunna go check what we have in the storage room and order anything we are running out of.

- i pulled Niagara passes for Debbie: the passes for winter ("Wonder Pass") will be coming in next week, I'm going to pull down the information on the website for now and put the new information up once we receive the tickets, for now it says Wonder Pass coming soon

- put out all go and HSR brochures, refilled everything, we do not need to order anything as of now. emailed josh and cody letting them know the status on all the HSR and GO brochures (ie. what they are out of)

- made a post for the CSRs telling them to make sure there is always a q-line set up when they open in the morning, when i came in the posts were all in the corner so i took a minute to make the line. debbie wants us all to keep an eye on that and let josh/cody know if you ever notice that there isn't a q-line, and tell them which CSR was working.

- replied to email about screemers (the person who wants to buy for a group)

- Alzheimer group - they will be coming either thursday or friday and want to start selling on monday

- kellin wants to push information to the residences ***** debbie wants them to pay us for advertising before we do free stuff for them like sending it to underground to put on all the res screens, so we are going to try having them pay for our screen, and once they do that we will send it to the res screens and let them know we did that for them. so watch out for this -- i flagged the email for you that contains the slide, i've also saved it for you under our pictures/logo folder

got some msgs left at our desk - emailed the ppl back the info they were asking for (ie. adventure pass info)

website - removed KvS, updated niagara pass info (was missing maid of the mist). we gotta pull them next week on tuesday, they are not valid after the 24th - i emailed our rep asking about the winter ones and if/when we will be receiving them

emailed back anne about the Major Fall Production - she wants to come in to meet on mondat at 3 (during your shift). she will have the tickets with her and the completed contract.

- so apparently the bus on friday was like an hour late, and some people complained - so now they are entitled to 25% off their next ticket
- debbie said we should do this by just creating a whole new button for the discounted tickets entirely- she was on lunch for most of my shift, so you need to ask her if the 25% should be applied to ticket price $14 or the ticket price + HST (15.82) - Ive already made the button, just put the price in once oyu know please

- also asked him if he wants to pick them up tonight or tomorrow. watch for his response. if he says tonight, debbie said to leave a note for the csr who is going to be in, they have to count the tickets and have al count them at the desk too and sign off on the number. we have to leave them the sheet to write the number on and sign off on.
- i saw brooke's post from her shift last night, she said she ran out of kenny vs. spenny tickets and told the students who came to buy them that they have to buy them at the door. because we want those students to buy from us instead of at the door, i made a facebook and twitter post saying "last day to purchase kenny. vs. spenny tickets! compass will be selling them until 8pm tonight!" <- something along those lines.
- I'm going to check out the boards ownstairs, if i can, ill make a sign saying today is the last day to buy them. hopefully we can sell as many as possible before 8pm

green computer
- i came in at 8:30 today for my other job, i stopped by compass to make sure they had enough tickets, i got them the KVS ticktes since they were out, and they said green was not working.

- i did the bulldogs board, i put up one of the posters you made over the summer and a print out of their little logo thing
- ill prolly do the halloween haunt one tomororw
- i put up the screemers poster on the display board between the tills - just because it was empty, if we get more posters for upcoming events we can remove it, its huge and we already have one on the board near the elevators
- debbie was also suggesting that we have some kind of contest thing during the staff meeting next week to see who has artistic ability - like hand out paper/markers to everyone and have them make a sign for like wonderland or something - something thats fairly easy and have them write their name on it - the best one can win something and we can ask them to make it a point to do the boards on their shift
- i have night class tuesday so ill only be there for the beginning part of the meeting - so that will prolly be just us ICs and cody and josh talking about stuff - so you would have to handle that whole part, so talk to josh and cody and see if there will be time for you to do that

- pulled all HC tickets from red green and safe, counted them.
- filled out an internal transfer, made a folder for all our internal transfers - printed and gave a copy to debbie to review/approve
- i emailed al and left him a msg asking if he wants us to split athletics+rec from the money we are giving him for the sales, if he responds saying we need to split it u may need to make minor changes to the internal transfer
- if he says to keep it all together and he will split it, then the internal transfer is fine (unless i made any mistakes that debbe corrects and gives back to us to fix).

- kellin replied, the 25th is definitly happening, also on the 15th they are doing a flash mob here on campus (bringing the bulldogs players down here to do it)
- for the flash mob, i think we should ask the maroons to help promote this. i remember in the part time meeting they said they do this huge twitter and facebook thing where they promote some secret thing and build up huuuge hype for some surprise thats gunna happen (so for the week leading up to the event they send out msgs giving hits and pictures and stuff to entice the students and they do this all the way up to the event, so we can have the maroons help get people to the location that the flash mob will be taking place). i emailed the maroons coordinator
- im gunna come back in after my meeting tonight (7ish) and count the package tickets. i'll leave them in an envelope with the number of tickets written on it. if he doesnt come before i have to leave ill just leave it for whoever is working the desk to hand to him.
- i saw the note about the IRC ticket and contacted the person about it. the sticky note attached to the msg said to post the answer to the question in the com journal so i did that too.

- found two IRC guest forms, i guest they got separated somehow. I emailed Jeff about them, he replied to me about other stuff but didn't bother mentioning what he'd like to do about these two forms (ie. coming to pick them up or what), so we discussed some other info then I asked again and he hasn't replied yet. So look out for that, hopefully he emails us letting us know what he wants to do
- emailed debbie about the tentative student night date we have marked on the calender. She wasn't in her office for some time that's why i sent it in an email haha. I emailed kellin asking for updates and stuff since he was supposed to touch base with us but hasn't yet.
- brought the sleeves down to Union market for matt (they are being used next week).
- did a physical count of all kenny/spenny and HC

I will ask Debbie. -- update - yeah ryan sold 68 tickets meaning only 5 tickets are unaccounted for. we will figure it out when we do rec
- football reconciliation is done and cheque request - handed it to debbie for approval
- IRC - reconciliation is done, i also filled out the cheque request and gave it to debbie for approval. i ran out of time to email the 4 ppl whose info we need to get (student number, residence location or off campus, 19+ and guest). can you please do this? everything is in the top drawer beside the desk. tickets are in the cabinet.

- so i put up all the decorations i bought, and took off everything for september board - but ran out of time to actually put anything up
- if you have time on your shift can you just up black paper all over the board - i can do the rest, I was basically thinking on one side we do like a trying to get home for thanksgiving?? type thing and list all the transportation services we had - and then on other side itd be halloween stuff, and i was gonna get a print out of that halloween haunt poster they sent us with the specific dates and stuff
- so in case youre bored, you can put up the black paper all over the board, i can print all the stuff i wanna print during my shift

- so i made a new slideshow for this month
- i bought all the deocrations for compass - halloween stuff and some thankgiivng stuff, hpoefully i will have time to put it all up today
- we have to figure out stuff for expo, so ill come a little early to work tomorrow and we can talk about that - i bought a little basketball game and whole bunch of candies

- we're good with tickets for now - if you can try and contact the screemers lady, she never replied to my email :(

- i also put out the reminaing scavenger hunt stuff, so thats all done

- Lucas emailed us letting us know he dropped off the posters, I went to the desk and posted one on the cork board in front of the desk.

- left lana a voicemail and i emailed her about football tickets
- we pulled the last 50 tickets to red, green is sold out. red has under 50 now at this point. I let lana know that we have less than 50 and asked her to let us know if she will be dropping off anymore
- i dont think we will get any more tickets in only because when lana dropped off the 400 last week, I asked her about it and she said they have like no seats left to sell and that they printed off 500 tickets (which we got 400 of), and that she highly doubts they will print any more. but who knows, maybe she was incorrect about how many seats remained.

- for the poster, we are not to print posters for ppl at underground. i asked debbie about this to confirm, and she said we dont do that. if they want a poster displayed for the tickets they are selling, they are to give us the poster. ill email al and ask him to drop one of

- called lana and melanie, got melanie on the phone for the first time (i was shocked one of them actually was i their office and answered the phone haha). she gave parish 400 to drop off, so he should be here by now.. just waiting.
- once they get here ill count and put them in the safe or  put some out if needed.

- emailed al for the poster and gave him the counts.

- there is a blue envelope on the desk, i started it for us to put all the guest forms in for IRC. the CSRs put it in their deposit, cody and josh will give them to us to put in there or they will put them in there for us

- lana dropped off 400 football tickets

KENNY VS. SPENNY
- lucas dropped off the kenny vs. spenny tickets - PROBLEM - the kenny vs. spenny tickets are the same colour and design as the homecoming tickets, it may cause mix-ups at the desk (even tho the CSRs should be reading the tickets before giving them out, we need to make a com journal telling them to watch for this and read each ticket before giving it out)
- the yellow tickets are student guest tickets  19+
- maroon tickets are all ages student tickets.
- i emailed lucas to clarify who exactly can buy which ticket, asked them to tel us any restrictions. im putting on the website for them to bring their student ID and government ID (to prove if they are 19+).

- lucas also dropped off 100 guest tickets for homecoming concert (for anyone to buy, ie. community members) - they are green. - al wants 50 released at 9 am on tuesday, 50 released at 9am on thursday

dana - sept 26


- emailed al new numbers

- i agree, having one chart with the ticket numbers on it is better than two.

- woops, i was rushing to get to the meeting I made that error with the cheques, thank you for fixing that. I emailed lana about the other cheques that are sitting up there but she never came by to grab them, and i always forgot to grab them when she dropped off tickets haha.

- i made a post for the CSRs about confirming which homecoming ticket a customer is referring to when they ask to buy one (to avoid confusion and selling the wrong ticket by mistake - ie. IRC vs. Homecoming).

- im gunna go down to the boards and make sure they are all up to date (ie. go board, transit bored, ticket bored, etc).

- people put posters through the glass of our transit board (the one where the glass screws onto the cork board), so i had to unscrew the glass in some areas in order to wiggle out those posters. debbie said to start emailed the ppl who are posting them (ie. whatever contact info is on the flyer or poster, email them to tell them the rules and that they cant post here). im gunna make a post for the CSRs to make a habit of checking the boards when they come in or when they leave to check for posters that shouldnt be up.

- I went through the ops manual and made minor changes (ie. theres a section about a part of our website that we don't even have anymore "get info/give info" .. so i made a note telling the SS's to remove that). you can always read through it if you want to see what i did

- i cleared off the desk of all the garbage because it was way too cluttered. I also cleaned out the top drawer beside the desk. it was driving me nuts how i could never find anything in there. turns out we have a huge supply of staples that were hiding in there under all the junk. so we can stop stealing from other people. also a bunch of elastics, clips, etc. all the markers i bundled together and put into the draws behind the desk that are all for craft stuff. i found 3 glue sticks in there for us to use that actually work, thats also in the draws behind the desk where all the craft stuff is

- also, i went to check on tickets, the IRC form isnt being filled out correctly. apparently tajinder put the chart for the tickets in one of the drawers and no one could find it, so all we have is the ticket holders email (the CSRs wrote down the ticket number and the email).i guess we should email all those people and get the informaiton sorted out uggghhh. ill start that tomorrow since i've run out of time today

- when the tickets come in tomorrow let me know what your able to get done and i will finish the rest when i get in (ie. if lucas brings the tickets when ur in, let me know what ur able to get done in terms of the rms, float and deposit sheets, advertising for Monday's release, etc)

- i went downstairs and counted the tickets myself - we're good for everything, so just when youre giving Al an update remember to add ryans numbers every time

- again watch out for football, and call if we get to 50 - im in first tomororw though, so ill prolly be dealing with that

IRC homecoming
- i looked at those tickets as well, when youre putting out tickets make sure they're in order as well. red was fine but the tickets at green were labelled 590-600. so that way it will be easier for CSRs to keep track of the tickets
- i honestly think have one sheet for the tickets is better, itll be easier for the IRC people at end of day too to only have to refer to the one chart, we should just make habit of checking to see that our CSRs are filling out the sheets and that we're putting them out in order as well - ill email josh and cody about this too

football cheques
- so the envelope you just put in the drawer, you put the Sept 14th photocopy with the Aug 25th cheque - so i made a new envelope for the Sept 14th game (we dont have that cheque yet, that was the cheque rec we handed in today), and also put a sticky on it that we dont have cheque yet, so once we get it from accounting put it in that envelope and it can sit there along with the other cheques lol - speaking of which, ive emailed them about it - but if someone comes to drop off tickets again and they meet with one of us and not just drop the tix off and run then just be like take your cheques rihgt now

soc sci scavenger hunt
- im gonna put out the ones for thursday at end of my shift, and then ill put next weeks out on monday

- we only had 50 tickets left when i got in this morning at 10. so lana dropped off 200 more. i was suprised when i saw we only had 50 left in the safe since she dropped off 500 two days ago, but i looked everywhere and thats all there was left in the safe.

SOC SCI SCAVENGER HUNT 
- so basically ppl are gonna be stopping at compass as a part of this scavenger hunt, our still will have to give them envelopes, and if they are comfortable - they will give like a 30 second overview of what compass does
- ive already made a comm journal post - i'm gonna put the envelopes out wednesday since im the last person in on wednesday, and ppl might be coming earlier than when i start thursday - read the comm journal post for the schedule of when people will be arriving 

FOOTBALL / HOMECOMING 
- we're good with tickets for now - they gave us 500 of them yesterday, so ya - you might have to call tomorrow morning for more if needed 
- updated AL about how many tickets we've sold - for ryans shift on monday - the RMS wasnt working so he had to manually record anything, I got his numbers from that shift from Josh, but next time Al asks for update check with josh or cody to see if Ryans numbers from that shift were added in here, cus if they werent we would have to add the numbers yourself after we get the numbers for RMS 
- these are his numbers from that shift: 
student package - 15, student concert 7, alumni - 0 --> so if the numbers arent added in there, and the RMS says like 289 or something you would just add the 15 and then tell Al that number, hopefully that makes sense, if not text me loll :) 

SCREEMERS 
- Roseanna contacted us about setting up contract for this year (they sold tickets through us last year too) 
- i sent her an email back and attached our contract with it, I also said we can set up a meeting - like to drop off tickets and all that jazz, so if she answers when youre here try to set up a meeting with her when one of us is in the office 

HALLOWEEN HAUNT 
- i also think we should put out haunt tickets now, a few customers have been asking, so I will put them out before i leave today  

WEBSITE 
- i was just looking over the website and noticed something - under homecoming you have the price for game only as $15+tax, its actually just 15 
- and theres no price for the inter-residence council formal 
(i was just bored at end of my shift so I was looking it over)

- Im going to get the monday today from Marn and will go look at stuff, hopefully I can find some games for expo and Im just gonna get as many decorations as I can, ie halloween, remembrance day, thanksgiving

- i stopped by the desk before my shift today and saw some poster for a guest speaker or something in UofT - ive already taken it down, so we gotta keep watching out for stuff like that, our staff dont always notice

HC expo
- i tihnk we should just try to buy something, ive filled out a PO for $75, i wanted to buy decorations for the october board anyways - ill take care of the board by the elevators for month of october, since you did september so dont worry about it
- i asked for $75 so we can buy games for the expo thing and buy some deocrations in general for halloween, i can make a trip to dollar store sometime this week and get all of it

IRC Formal Homecoming
- pulled IRC formal homecoming tickets, put 10 on red and green
- updated IRC part of website to say now available (information is already up, did it friday)
- its on the float and its on the deposit sheet (i did it on friday)
- they emailed us the slide they would like to use, i left it there for you to handle
- facebook and twitter - posted about IRC homecoming
- emailed them for more information (if ID's are being checked at the event, if they can provide us with an FAQ for the CSRs to use, etc)

Twitter
- after posting about IRC, i responded to many tweets we got from students (about homecoming, footballl, and poster sales) - we should definitely stay on top of this, it was so hectic the last few weeks that we stopped checking our tweets. i answers the old ones too ie. for poster sales that was last week, so when the girl asked we never replied letting her know when it was. i replied saying "sorry we missed your tweet! they will be back throughout the year, and when they come they stay for the week!" so at least she knows we didnt ignore her haha.

Res screens
- they emailed me back and told me that the tansportation slides are going to run all year along with the other ones you gave them, so thats all cleared up :)

Megabus
- new megabus forms, brough them down to the desk and tossed out the old ones

Pauline/website
- i went to see her about the anchoring solution she emailed us
- turns out it was something i already knew about and didn't actually solve the problem :( so we still don't have a way to anchor megabus, scarborough transit, or aboutown.

Raptors
- i saw one of their tweets on twitter about preseason tickets so i thought id email them about the 2013-2014 year. turns out they never paid us for last year, debbie was CC'd on the email i sent out, so when they replied to us, she replied to them asking them to contact her regarding last years commission. until they pay us we are not gunna move forward with them.

Homecoming Expo
- im trying to brainstorm what we can do in limited spacing from 12-5pm.
- Debbie said to ask megan H if she can work from 12-5 on this day at the event running the table/game
- my shift is over in a few minutes so ive run out of time to contact her. can you email her for me? debbie also wants us to tell her (if she says she can do it) to hand out old promo first, then the new stuff AND to try to give promo only to current students (alumni's arent gunna use compass the way a current student will since alumni's are here for that day and then they are gone).
- i left the homecoming expo printout with notes on it on the desk for you to look through
- if you have ideas for a game let me know! we could do the jeopardy board again, or do some sort of other game that doesnt involve too much space because we dont have a lot of room apparently. we can talk about this wednesday at the meeting too
